This chair has a more rustic look than what it appears on the picture. The biggest problem for this chair is that it wobbles after I assemble it. It is almost impossible for me to make any adjustment to make it stop wobbling. Overall it's fairly comfy.

I found this product unbelievable to assemble but the quality is not close to what I thought..I ordered a high priced chair hoping for quality. You sit in it and it is like a bubble under you of hard plastic and it drops down under your weight and it is not comfortable at all. I think the cloth is not going to wear well at all. I feel I really overpaid for this product. It is way too much work to even think of a way to return it

Ordered these chairs for my waiting room. They were delivered today and I assembled them today. They are sturdy, attractive and comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised, given the low cost, and they were relatively easy to assemble- though that is always a bit of a chore.
Two of the chairs came out very good and one did not. Unfortunately, the one that did not assemble well was really off. It wobbled after assembly and I could not attach the seat to the brackets on the frame because the holes didn't match up. (Someone else reported this here).
I'm still giving it a 5 star because they really are nice chairs. Amazon worked with me very well to do the return, which should be completed along with a new chair arriving in a couple of days.
Just praying the new arrival is well made like the first two. I expect I will be quite expert in assembling it!

The photograph of the chair makes it appear like a brown, solid color, suede-like.
The reality is that the brown is a mottled (brown with black spots) look
which is most unappealing. The web site should offer a magnified
view of the "upholstery" so that consumers are fully aware of the
product as it really is.

This is a not a bad chair for the price, but it is vinyl, not leather.
So I am dissapointed that it is still listed as a leather chair even after I told Amazon that it wasn't.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 2 chairs. 1 is perfect and comfortable. The 2nd chair has a damaged part. The cushioned top arm piece is unable to be screwed to the frame. The hole is stripped and will not attach properly. I've left a message with customer service. Waited more than a week for reply. They have my payment. I have a defective chair. If they ever respond and send a new replacement chair or a replacement for the entire top with matching screw so I can have good usable chair, I will change my review accordingly. The color is perfect and the good chair seems very nice.

This chair is made with high quality materials. The style and color went so well with our home office décor, which is the ancient roman motif. The seating is very comfortable. Easy to put together despite step-by-step pictured instructions only, The big plus is that this item includes foot pegs (a small part typically one would have to additionally buy at a home improvement store) in packaging to install so to protect hardwood flooring, however, I did not use/need them due to the chair being on carpeted area.

The negative reviews were true. Leg on one chair was too short, but I resolved that with a pad. The instructions are terrible and the screw holes didn't all align. I have done enough DYI furniture to resolve the problems but would not recommend this project for someone with limited construction skills. Given all that, I'm over 70 and did eventually assemble the two chairs I purchased. They are comfortable guest chair and look nice. The burgundy is more deep purple than what I expected, but they still work for my home.
