Love the bed... easy to put together by myself...daughter loves it however it came with a small chip in the slide that I can see turning into a issue. Make sure your inspect everything prior to assembly... I noticed it as I was already almost done assembling and it was after midnight so I wasn’t about to take it all apart. Overall love it except for this issue which I need to figure out how to handle.

Perfect for my son who just turned 3. This was a steal of a deal! It’s solid wood and finished for no slivers. We LOVE it! Assembling it took a few hours but it was not hard. The directions were clear.

Received my package today to find I’m missing a screw from the package that’s for one of the legs, the color is completely different it’s a solid white not a white wash color, the ladder looks genetic nothing like the photo. I love the loft bed and style but it is nothing like the photo the space underneath couldn’t fit the storage bins even if I had bought them.

As always, I was not looking forward to putting this bed together. I was surprised how easily this went together considering it was all hardwood. Considering the price the quality of this bed is very good and very sturdy. Overall, I was very impressed.

So far my son loves it! Assembly was a bit rough as none of the panels were labeled with numbers.

Bought for my 2 y/o. We loved it and it looks just like the picture (a little less chalky than the image). It was easy to assemble, except you definitely need another person for 3-4 steps. Overall satisfied with the purchase, no issues with cracked or chipped wood.

The design looks great and although not perfect I think it looks wonderful in my kids room. The assembly was straight forward but does take some time. Having the right tools will save a whole lot of time, as is with all furniture.

A few things to note:
1. There is a terrible paint smell. Some other reviews call it "pine", but no this is paint smell. (Its the same kind of smell after I use spray paint.) The smell lingers for a while too so be prepared to air out multiple days. In other words you do not want to use this right away for your kid after you build it. Your kid will want to climb on it so if they do then at least make sure you have a window opened. It may be best to open the box and air out the materials for a few days before assembly.
2. The description does say the color is "white washed". Look closely at the attached pictures, the paint layer is translucent when you look closer. They arent lying when saying its "white washed" but it really would have been better if they painted it full white with proper layers of paint and seal. I suspect the "white washing" process might just be the reason for the bad paint smell.
3. The chalkboard is not a chalkboard. It works with crayons but not with chalk. The board is glossy and chalk will not stay. Using crayons is fine but just know it doesnt erase as easily, you will have to wipe it clean using a solvent or cleaner to start fresh on the board. This is fine for us but just don't have the wrong expectations since the pictures can be misleading.

The product isn't perfect, but kids beds are expensive comparatively speaking. This is lower cost than equivalent beds but just make sure your expectations are aligned with the points I outlined above.
