I absolutely love these. I replaced a huge sectional with a couple of these babies. I grabbed two based on reviews around the internet and I now totally agree with other reviews. They are very comfortable. The console in the middle is nice and convenient for laptops and charging devices. The couch comes in a single box, but the seat backs can be carried in separately. They attach easily. You will need two people to carry the couch in. It needs three outlets for power.

Wow! I'm truly an Amazon believer. This is the 2nd big item I've ordered this year that required a semi to deliver. Amazon and ABF pull it off without a hitch. Seamless. Couldn't be happier. The couch is awesome. It's comfortable and its firm. Truly an Ashley design. Well made, comfortable to relax in and a very classy look to add to your room. Haven't had time to play with all the bells and whistles but I will soon. Such a great experience!

We saw this couch in our local furniture store on sale for $1600 plus delivery. Got home, went on Ashley's site, @$1200 plus delivery. Checked Amazon - best price, no delivery charge. No brainer. And, in the store, we did not know about the center seat flip up/down with the lights, table, electric and usb ports. Nice surprise. It's been in the house for 2-3 weeks and I couldn't be happier or more comfortable. Thanks again Amazon.

This experience has been absolutely terrible. Product arrived 3.5 hours after the delivery window. The shipping service is a total joke, didn’t answer the phone, 2 bozos in an unmarked enterprise van showed up. And I’ve had it 2 days and the headrest is loose and I can’t access the claim filing portal with the insurance because their website is experiencing problems. Just buy it in the store.

These are very well built couches. Good quality. Some cool bells and whistles. Very well priced. You do have to inbox and put the backs on unless you order the white glove service. There was a snafu with the delivery, but I called and Amazon had it taken care of within a few hours. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Poor quality product. I am a male 6'4" 200lb, I sit on one cushion and after 5 months it is flat and wore out, my ass in seat time is about 5 hrs/day weekly.I thought Ashley had a better product, this gets 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN

Paid a lot of money for this chair and it’s hasn’t been a couple weeks but already having issues. The head rest doesn’t retract all the time. The leg rest flies up and doesn’t stay in position
