I am so disappointed, I loved this product even when I got it out of its box, it’s so pretty and the outlet parts work so well BUT there were several parts where I was supposed to be able to put screws but there were no holes. Because of this I couldn’t put it together properly at all and I am scared to put my body weight on it. I am so used to Amazon being so helpful in these situations but neither Amazon or the seller themselves are willing to work with me on a refund or even a replacement item. I have only ever had two other issues out of Amazon and they fixed it ASAP. I am so disappointed to have spent so much money on this and they can’t even send me a replacement part without me sending the WHOLE thing back, I’d have to purchase boxes and stuff to send it back and that’s even if I could lift it I barely got it in my house the first time lol. Everything else would have been perfect but not being able to literally put screws where they are needed makes the whole thing unusable.

Edit- after what felt like pulling teeth from Amazon the actual seller did end up getting back to me and offered a partial refund or to send me a whole other frame which was super thoughtful. I’m still definitely baffled by how I was treated by Amazon employees considering I’ve never ever had a bad experience until now BUT the seller themselves definitely made things right and now that the issue has been solved and can confidently say the bed frame is very worth it. Like I said to begin with, it missing holes was all that was ever wrong with it in the first place!

This is a very nice bed frame. 2 people are not necessary, but it would definitely be helpful especially for the last step. The last step is putting the horizontal metal slats across the frame. You put the center cross bar on first and then the rest of the stats. I recommend working from that center stat down to the end of the bed and then again from the center stat up to the top. Especially if you are working alone. The rest of the bed is very easy to assemble. Don’t look for much help from the written…or should I say “picture” instructions. Do not take all of the screws out of the packaging and mix them together. Keep them with the package section that they are marked with. This will make it easier to use the correct screws/nuts easily. No, I did not make this mistake. I just want to keep others from making it. Shipping was great with no damage. Would definitely purchase again.

Bought this for our guest too keep number bed. It is good quality and looks very good. It is wood like without being old fashioned and the addition of usb ports and outlet was much appreciated. We moved it after assembling because we changed our mind where we wanted it and it was very easy to move fully assembled and with the mattress on it.

Bed frame was delivered quickly. I was able to put it together by myself with only the tools provided in the packaging. It even came with extra screws. The metal frame is nice and sturdy- box spring is not needed, the mattress will be just fine on it alone. The outlets are nice, especially with the 2 usb spots. My son doesn’t need night stands anymore since this has plug-ins and the headboard is wide enough to hold his tablet, phone, books, etc. I would definitely Recommend this bed

4.5 stars—I’m currently laying in this bed for the first time now as I write this. This wasn’t the most difficult thing I’ve ever put together (credit for that goes to a lofted bed/desk combo from IKEA) but it also wasn’t the easiest. The other reviews that say it’s a two person job are being very serious. I did put it together by myself eventually, but it took forever and would have been great to have another person.

The pre-drilled holes aren’t perfect, so you can’t tighten anything fully until a whole piece/part is together. You’ve got to leave a lot of wiggle room until it’s all together.

The tools they send in the box suck. You can do it with them, but it will take much, much longer.

Once I got it together, I slid my mattress on and voila! So far so good. I’m a pretty small person in general, but I work from home so I’m flip flopping in and out of bed a lot. Will update in a few months based on how well its holding up! Also, the charging ports are great, but if you’re obsessive about cord management have some products on hand for that.

I like being able to plug in my electronic devices, but the headboard is so skinny, my phone has fallen off several times. It’s too skinny for a lamp & etc.

Was easy to put together. Did it myself in about 2 hours, and that was being lazy with it. Super sturdy and looks great.
