I was very ready to come write a negative review but forced myself to take a step back and I’m glad I did. Let me start by saying this, it’s very important you assemble this correctly.
Each box comes with a variety of pieces. The “A” vs “B” isn’t what matters. It’s the pieces with plastic screws vs metal ones. To make it simple, the plastic pieces go into the broom and dust pan. DO NOT try to put them into the other poles. I did that on first try and my broom couldn’t stay together. As soon as I took it apart and started over it assembled extremely easily. Now the broom and dust pan are sturdy.
The dust pan when on its own doesn’t stand very straight. However, once you attach the broom, it stands with no problem. It’s a good length but be aware the broom itself is rather small and stiff. It works well for sweeping floors but don’t expect some professional level broom.
All in all, it’s probably more like 3.5 stars but I rounded up because it’s honestly fine. If you put it together correctly it’s a good broom.
This is the third set I have purchased. The upgraded version is great. It is slightly larger so the broom fits in it better and the bristles do not get messed up. It puts together in just a minute or two.
I pop it open, lock the tray into place and sweep everything into it. The comb like spikes clean anything off the broom as you push the dirt into the pan. (I love that feature, with pets it is great for making sure the fur does not stick to the broom.) When I am done it folds up flat and stores in very little space.
I have one in my kitchen area for everyday use, one on my back patio, and one in my garage. I use them all and love them all. All of them are now the upgraded model.
I love this broom so much. I love how you can take the broom and floss it through the pan to get all of the stuff on the brissles out like dog hair, and trust I have a lot. It's super cute and the color hasn't gotten faded even when I broke a glass of Merlot and swept up the broken glass before cleaning up the wine itself
The few things that I feel like could be improved...
The handle on the dustpan doesn't like to stay upright, so it likes to fall over. I wish there was a small indent on the bottom of pan itself, so it would be easier when you emptied it. I wish the bristles on the broom where slightly slanted.
First Impressions:
1) it is NOT extendable. This claim is a GIMMICK. It simply has two 3-piece poles. They claim it is extendable and adjustable to suit your height. I am 5'6", and fully assembled it is OK, but a little short for me. The only adjustment is to remove the middle pole piece and make it 2' tall...NO GOOD. I am quite short, and I feel this needs to be taller.
2) it is NOT sturdy. the pole sections are flimsy, very thin metal, and definitely not something that will withstand a lot of usage
3) they claimed list price is $49.95 on sale for $29.95. I would put the fair price point at $19.95 perhaps even $24.95. BUT this list price is a GIMMICK
4) it doesn't stand well on its own, but I don't call this a negative since I'd rather have taller poles for ergonomics. So, I'd rather they supply poles tall enough for a 5.5' man and drop the claim of it standing up on its own
5) it's not really designed for holding a bag. It does have clips, but either the bag or the dustpan squeegy becomes moot....and it doesn't fit the grocery store bags that became outlawed this month in PA.....and IT DOESN'T COME WITH OR HAVE ANY BAG OPTIONS
So, TWO GIMMICKS, and some advertising stretches of truth
On the plus side, the dust pan head and the rake head seem good enough on first impression. There is a rubber squeegy on the dustpan head. I would rather this not be on there because, after all, this is for picking up dog droppings in a yard....so it serves no purpose and makes cleaning it by garden hose problematic because of the interface gap between the squeegy rubber and squeegy metal from, as well as the squeegy metal frame and dustpan.
And, I like that it closes to create a seal, so if it is propped up against a tree and it rains, the droppings won't turn into pudding.
All of that said, I still give it 3 stars on first impression, because I understand the advertising gimmicks on Amazon, and it's best to rate relative to everything else. 2.5 stars may be more appropriate, but I will revisit once I've used it for a while
My friend bought me this (not same seller) for Christmas last year & I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT‼️ My husband was using it & the broom broke no worries I hopped on Amazon & ordered this one same color orange and gray. I cannot believe I am reviewing a broom & dustpan!!! Haha Kidding aside I don’t really understand what makes it so easy to use I just walk along my patio & continuously sweep debris into dustpan it’s not uncomfortable my back doesn’t ache horribly afterwards it blows my mind! I tell my friend that got me the original one for Christmas every single time I use it I either text or call her & thank her & tell her how much I appreciate this gift!
I will say that this broom the bristles are much stiffer/stronger it leaves NOTHING BEHIND one swipe & in the pan it goes there is no bending, stooping, going over & over the same spot.
I think she is going to order THIS one for herself! This one was also very reasonably priced who doesn’t love that! My new favorite thing!
I clean apartments for my landlord, and keep one of these sets at 2 different properties. The broom bristles are stiff, and good at sweeping away cobwebs and getting crap out of crevices. Plus, the broom is easy to squirt clean with a hose. The dustpan is large enough to sweep in a few 20 oz soda bottles. It's great to not have to bend over to collect every swept pile. The 2 pieces can clip together at the handles, and the set hangs compactly on the wall of the storage room.
The only issues I've had: Sometimes the handles unscrew a bit, and I have to tighten it up. Also, I wish the broom flared out more to get into corners a little better.
It's really cool, just like the picture. I like it

Very good product but the broom height not for tall people like me. One other extension should have been added
