The bed set is beautiful. I was very worried about it arriving damaged, but there was no markings or imperfections on the set when it arrived.

Every part is labeled and the instructions were, for the most part, easy to understand.

Quick tip: in the step that you’ll assemble parts S1 & S2 to the headboard, the picture in the instructions is not correct(upside down). The pieces need to be turned around so the screws for the headboard can fall into the pieces(S1&S2).

Also, if you’re having issues with the alignment of the holes, make sure you don’t tighten your screws all the way until the instructions specify. Every time we thought we would have to drill our own holes, we’d loosen screws from the previous step and it would straighten everything up. There is a lot of give, which made the assembly easier. We did not have to drill anything and nothing was missing from our set. We were able to assemble it with the provided wrench, so no extra tools were required. I appreciate that nothing was missing and everything was labeled correctly; even the bags the pieces came in had labeled stickers on them.

Customer service was great. I was unable to keep my bed because of the smell, but the seller responded appropriately, which is always appreciated.

Easy to put together. Do not let your kids do it. Lol. It’s pretty sturdy. It came as described. My daughter loves her new bed. We put a 10 inch Queen size memory foam mattress on the frame, also from Amazon. No box spring needed unless you want that height but then you’d be covering most of the headboard.

It’s nice but not as expected. Not too short or tall. The only reason I give it 4 it’s because some of the holes had pieces stuck and it was hard to put in the nails. The wood is also subbed light! Not sure if it’s a good thing or not. So far so good.

I'm so happy we found this bed and company! Its a great deal for what you get and the quality compared to other similar beds and I have exhaustingly and obsessively searched Amazon and Wayfair and other websites and stores for beds. It's a classic style that goes with everything, super soft to the touch with velvet, and the best part was a tally how helpful the staff was with all of our questions so you have nothing to lose by making this purchase. Make sure to note the height in inches and look at customer photos to see the bed in various lighting. It's a nice mix of masculine and feminine styling and we were able to put it together ourselves without paying for extra help as it came with everything needed. I wanted to write a review so that it helps other buyers to make a decision. We bought the color Grey and not dark Grey. This is pretty darker color thn I expected. Also we wanted to use only the frame with our existing adjustable bed. So to fit the adjustable bed base in the frame we had to take out the attached wood on the side panels where the slates are suppose to rest on with the velcro. We used a mending bracket from hardware store (last attached pic) to attached the two panels to each other on either sides of the bed. In short we just used the frame and nothing else inside of the frame with our adjustable base bed coz we wanted it to be a certain height. So if you don't mind your bed a little high thn you can also sit your adjustable bed on top of the rod iron leg frame that comes with the bed we just choose not too. I hope this helps.

It's a nice looking and sturdy bed. The headboard is just shorter than expected.
