Good couch, slightly shorter / smaller then i thought it would be. Came in three large boxes. Great for apartments or small rooms. Had a slight smell from the factory. Firm. I’m 5”2 and i fit perfectly laying across it but my feet hang off the foot rest when sitting.

Good and comfy couch. Make sure to check the specifications so you know what you will be expecting. Compared to other couches in this price range (366$) this is a good find as it has a good storage space as well. It’s not very soft, more on the firmer side, which is what I was looking for. Setting up was easy and the directions were clear.

Arrived broken, customer service is (at best) irritating and not pleasant.
Couch is poorly made, feels like you are sitting on a couch for an 8 yr old.

Missing armrest on the couch. I was so happy to receive the couch just disappointed that it didn’t have all the items. And my only options are returning and getting a refund.
