To be clear, I do not write reviews unless I have had a great experience or a poor enough experience to inform others to stay away. In the 15 plus years of using Amazon, I have written no more than five reviews and today I will be writing about Belffin. For those who do not want to read my experience further, I will immediately state that if you are on the fence about working with this company, then have no fear, as Belffin’s customer support, professionalism, efficiency of solving problems, and ensuring that their customers are treated better than any other entity is second to none. Never have I interacted with a company with such remarkable customer support. Read on for my full experience review.

As a recently retired active duty servicemember, I always felt that my integrity and trustworthiness was unmatched. I was proven wrong by Belffin when my family and I were not able to keep the couches that they sent to us. Full Disclosure: I chose to buy Belffin couches unseen, and only trusting the reviews that I read regarding the modular couches we wanted. When one of the couches arrived, we opened it and set it up, which was so simple to construct that we were surprised as to how fast assembly went. Unfortunately, when my son and I sat on it, the back of the couch was too low for us. My son is a swimmer and is six feet and two inches tall and I am a bit taller and we were not able to lean back while sitting down, comfortably. When we both tried to lay down on the couch, our shoulders hung over the edge. My wife and daughter absolutely loved the couches and wanted to keep them, but they understood that my son and I would not fit on them and would not be practical for our family. This was in no way Belffin’s fault as their website absolutely and correctly informs their customers of the exact sizes of all their products. This was completely my fault at purchasing them and I am fully to blame for these couches not working out with us. When I requested a return and refund, Belffin was duly concerned at the quality of their product and very concerned with my “dissatisfaction”. After some initial questions and assuredness that they did not cause me to be unhappy with their service, they instantaneously starting to work the situation for me. They obtained the return shipping labels for me, emailed them to me and I attached them to all the boxes that I desired to return. This was at great expense to Belffin. During this entire time, they constantly kept apologizing for the “inconvenience” of me having to deal with returning the items. I was stunned at this as most other companies would display a form of disgust with these types of situations. This was NOT the case with Belffin. Additionally, Belffin requested that I inform them when I completed the shipping return of the items so that they could track the progress. The moment that I sent them all the tracking numbers, they reimbursed me immediately for every single penny that I had already paid, without even ensuring that I returned the items in question. They trusted me to send the correct items back without even verifying them and reimbursed me. I have never heard of this or experienced this type of trust with any company in my life. When this occurred, I literally sat at my desk for a few minutes realizing that Belffin did not care about the money for an instant and I realized that at no time during this process did I even care about or ever feel like I was never going to be reimbursed. That feeling made me question my belief that no one person or thing could be more honest and truthful with as much integrity as myself. I truly believed that nothing could match my integrity until I experienced this situation with Belffin. I am here to say that Belffin is an amazing company and that whatever system they have for training their employees for customer support and being fair and honest is the exact process that every single company should emulate.

Lastly, I did not write this review as a favor to anyone, especially Belffin. However, my experience was such a pleasure that I felt a strong desire to share how amazing this company is to those of you that may have any trepidation working with this organization, and I want to ensure you that my experience was outstanding.

I have to admit before I bought this couch I was extremely skeptical. I’m pretty sure that I spent over three months, just looking at couches. My husband had to resort to sitting in one chair in the living room before I finally took the plunge and ordered this. The first time I ordered this was actually on Wayfair, and after the couch came, we were so in love with it, that we decided to buy more pieces and ordered this couch from Amazon !

First of all, I was really concerned that it was not comfortable, but it turned out to be very very comfortable! It’s firm, but not so firm that it’s not comfortable to sit or lay on. I would consider it to be the absolute perfect firmness.

Second of all, I was really concerned that the seats were not deep enough. When I opened the first box and created one piece, I thought I was gonna be shipping the entire thing back. However, as I started putting the pieces together and creating an actual couch, I realized that the possibilities are endless and the couch is a miracle of engineering!

We did have a small issue with our Amazon order when one of the legs arrived broken but I have to say that the customer service is probably the best that I have ever had on Amazon!! They were amazingly responsive, and made sure that they tracked all of the packages that were shipped separately, as well as shipping us replacement, legs!

All in all, I would say 10 out of 10 for comfort, 10 out of 10 for versatility, 20 out of 10 for customer service!

I will be buying more pieces in the future and recommending this to all my friends and family!

I purchased the U-shape Sofa 2 in grey, plus an extra ottoman and 2 more cushions. I am old, have arthritis all over, and I was looking for modular pieces for my small house with backs that didn't come up too high because these pieces are on walls with windows, and I didn't want the view obstructed. All I can say is perfect. Perfect. I am 5'4" and the seats are just the right height and depth; I don't feel like Edith Ann sitting in her rocking chair. The cushions are also nicely firm for my badly arthritic back, not too soft and not too hard.

Deliveries happened over a couple days and one of the FedEx guys even brought everything up my front steps and put the modules into my front hallway for me. I used a 4-wheel dolly and "slid" the other modules myself, which might not work for steeper outdoor steps and old arthritic backs like mine. Hardest part of assembly was wrassling with all the packaging.

All the arms/backs recline and return w/no problem, bend inwards first, then push outward to the desired angle. To return to upright, just slowly pull back to its original upright position until it "clicks" at the desired angle or upright. I watched a couple videos before assembling and took the advice to put the backs/sides on before connecting the modules and I'm glad I did. Plus, I now have 7 really nice screwdrivers that have the flathead at one end and the Phillips head at the other end.

Beautiful soft gray color, comfortable seating. I will be using this for more a conversation grouping and didn't want theater-style recliners, but it's also fine for TV night. Love the storage and also the fact that I can use it for a spare bed when relatives visit.

One of the holes that the leg screws into on the ottoman had a flaw - the outer rim of the opening wasn't aligned with the hole in the frame, so the leg screw wouldn't fit. No worries - Belffin sent me a new frame right away and I set it up with no problem.

Great product, you can't beat this price for this quality, and Belffin's customer service is top-notch. I would buy from them again.
