I ordered the gray set. I love the way it looks. I would order this again. It is easy to put together.
The shipping company kept in contact with me. They offer to call you an hour before they arrive on the day of your choice. It arrives on a semi ,so you need a big driveway. The only downside is the couch is not comfortable to sleep on because it is shaped for 3 people to sit on it. It you like to fall asleep on your couch, this is not for you, unless you can fall asleep in the reclining chair position. The recliners are all wall huggers with recliners. The furniture is the perfect size because it's not too big or too small, so it fits very well in the living room.

This was the right size for my living room, and it is very comfortable. it replaced 20yo furniture that endured 5 kids, so there's that FWIW. The only possible way that this couldn't meet my soaring expectations is that it is not durable.
I love it.

I don't really have any complaints about the product itself. It is decent quality. My complaint would be the delivery. The delivery people ignored my instructions and literally dropped the boxes off on crates in my front yard when no one was home. With this being a bigger delivery I would think that the company selling it would want a signature to make sure it got delivered properly. Fortunately no one stole my delivery from my front yard while no one was home but the next person might not get so lucky.

I was a little nervous to buy a couch online when you can't test it out. Not to mention these were the cheapest recliner sofas on Amazon. Rooms to go had similar looking ones that were more then double this price.
In the end, the giant difference in price and tons of good reviews sold me. The only concern we're all the negative reviews about shipping.
I'm happy to say this is the most comfortable couch i have owned in the past 20 years. The delivery people were great. They showed up on time and brought the pallet right where i asked them too. Even my inlaws who but the most expensive of everything said it was more comfortable then their couch and were shocked at how little it cost.

What I like: it looks really good. Guests liked it
What I didn't like: on many occasions I lost my phone and then I found it stuck inside the furniture. Phones easily slip in the seater and makes you feel you lost your phone. A terrible feeling isn't it
