Absolutely love love love this couch. Got it for under 500 bucks and will definitely buy another when the time comes. Easy to put together had to have my husbands help to put the arm rest on as it wouldn’t go together. Very comfortable perfect for movie nights.

Had to wait a little bit, but received the sofa, and was so excited

Very easy to put it together, fits in the room perfectly, very comfortable as a sofa and as a sleeper.

BUT
One of the couch cushions came with a small slice in it. I don't want to have to dissemble and return the whole thing for a small cut in 1 back cushion, but I do not have anyone to contact to see about getting a partial refund or if they could just send me another back cushion.

Couch is great for small spaces. It was easy to assemble. Pretty stiff to sit on!

Once assembled, it looks really nice. I get what other people may say that it’s too stiff. But after a while it does softens out. Come in by 3 bulky and heavy boxes. Nonetheless, i was able to assemble it by myself.

I moved from NC to NY to a small 1bd apartment. I needed to buy furniture that was functional, not super expensive and also looked good. This couch fit the bill. **Caution: comes delivered in 3 boxes, two of which are extremely heavy!** You will need two people to carry the 2 heavier boxes. That is because the chaise and loveseat are pretty much pre-assembled. The third box is very light, that’s just the arm ends. You only have to drill in the feet and rollers. Everything else just snaps into place. I got the light gray color and it looks great. Since my apartment is smaller, I needed something to use when people sleep over or come visit. HOWEVER, the couch is very firm, especially in the area where the chaise and loveseat connect. I recommend some kind of topper or extra cushion for the couch when people sleep on it. I am 5ft 3in, 150lbs so I had no problem fitting on it. But if you are taller than that you may find your feet hanging over the side. I took off one star because of the firmness of the couch and we did have to use some pliers to make the couch parts fit into the hole. Overall very happy with the purchase.

So I got this back in April and due to complications with moving I didn’t end up actually opening and using it until mid may… at first I thought it was suuuper small but decent for the price. Then when I sat on it, realized how stiff it is, feels like display furniture. Not something meant to be used. We are in 3 months now really of using it and it already broke. The front board the covers where the couch part pulls out has lost all its screws and where they fall out from has me confused. But now if you sit on the couch it caves in and I can’t even contact for a replacement or help to get my moneys worth because it’s past June.. had I known I had a deadline of contacting about issues I would have held off on buying it since I had nowhere to set it up until I moved into my apartment in may… lost out of $500.. definitely not worth the purchase.
