Great product, very comfy and supportive! Love that the cushions are attached. The fabric is soft, but durable. Glad I bought these couches on Amazon! Saved over $1500 per piece from buying them from the Ashley website or store. But they DO NOT arrive "Fully Assembled" as it states in the description. You have to put the backs on and it's not intuitive and you have to push very hard to get them in place. If Amazon offered the duluxe delivery, I would have bought it. Having to assemble them is worth the discount though.

Would have given 5 stars but it's not a true "wall hugger". We had a sofa table behind our old sofa but it would need to be about 6 inches away on this one. Not sure what people who want it on a wall would do. It's very comfortable but could use a bit more padding in the seat. Value? Not sure. I found others for less than $1000 but the boss didn't like the style. Seems easy to clean but we haven't spilled on it yet! What we really like is that both sides recline with nothing in the middle, yet it's still a full width sofa!

but I don't love it either. returning something so big is quite a hassle, so I decided to keep it. It's too firm. The one at the Ashley store was much more comfortable. I got this one from Amazon due to the price difference. If the return had been actually feasible (original packaging or a VERY LARGE sturdy box, disassembled and put at the front door- they will not come in to help or take it without being in a box) I would have returned it due to how firm and uncomfortable it is.

Firm feel as expected. Not a disappointment and great delivery service. Easy to put head piece on and plug in. Tried to buy from Ashley for 8 months and they lied and kept delaying. I got love seat and sofa in 2 weeks and for less money. Also warranty is cheaper than store. Happy customer!

The photo that was up when we purchased was more of a camel color. It's definitely brown/ beige. I wasn't expecting this sofa to be quite so large, so measure first. I'm 5'8 and when I sit in it my feet don't touch the floor. It's not fabric but more of a suede Naugahyde. Not as breathable as I had hoped. BUT all of that aside, it's a nice looking couch, very sturdy and reasonably priced.

This couch and matching recliner are both beautiful, but they are hard as a rock! The model in the store was really soft and comfortable, so I am hoping mine will soften up, but right now I can't get anyone to sit on it long enough to help break it in. The reclining feature is nice and I do like the USB ports on the sides. I also like that the fabric appears to be durable, but it's really cold when you sit on it. I am cold-natured, so I have to keep a heated blanket on it. I keep trying to love this couch, but right now, I don't.
