We are very happy with our purchase. The couch arrived earlier than expected and all in a single delivery. It was easy to assemble. I love the ease of changing the layout. We put it together with only one of the center pieces and use the last piece as another chair in the room. The storage under all the cushions is great, lots of extra space. The back of the couch is plenty tall for us but we're not tall people. You absolutely must steam iron the cushions, it made a huge difference. I couldn't believe how much they puffed up with the steam. That said, we still added a layer of egg crate to make the cushions a little comfier. But, there's tons of room for us and the critter. Great for the price point, we would buy another one.

The couch came very quickly within 4-5 days of ordering. Assembly was easy I did it myself took about an hour. I love the color, I love the size however: it does sit a little low to ground I do t mind but my husband and son who are tall hate it! The back does sit low again my family don’t like that. The worse part is the back cushions they are flat will not fluff so I’m going to have to buy cushions somewhere else. I think if the back cushion would have been fluffier then my family would be ok with the couch so I’m disappointed

We were pretty surprised about the small packaging for this large sofa. The sofa was easy to assemble and I love the versatility of the design. I noticed that the fabric colors do not match up. This could be based on a dye lot issue during shipping. The sofa has been set up for 2 days now and we are still waiting for the cushions to fully expand. I will try the sellers suggestion this weekend on how to fluff them further. The seating area is a bit too firm for me, but my Husband loves it. The back seat supports sit too low, so you feel a bit unstable when your back is against them. The height would be better at 6-8 more inches higher. The storage areas are wonderful and I plan on storing my blankets in them. For the price, this sofa is great and fits my family needs.

I was skeptical about buying this because it only had one review, although it was five stars. It came fairly quickly for a couch; I purchased it on a Tuesday and it came that Saturday. It was separated into six boxes, as I expected. Assembly took about an hour or two for two/three people because the screws on the bottoms of the sections didn't align with the connecting pieces. We had to rig some of the pieces. It came together nicely, but it took some time to ensure we were doing things correctly. Only giving four stars because I think it would've also taken less time if the measurements were done correctly and the holes aligned for the bottoms and the square covers for said bottoms (pictures attached for lack of better terminology). The red straps they used to keep things aligned also stained the fabric on two pieces of the set. But the couch is super comfy and it has side pockets on the ends to store a remote or whatever you see fit! Definitely keeping and I recommend it!

 It is a great couch, comfortable. I am only 5’1 and honestly my feet touch the floor when sitting on it which I like. It’s very pleasing to the eye. I love that you can move around the pieces. The only “issue” I had was in picture two, the backrest was inside the bottom of the seat. Obviously the backrest is bigger than the hole opening, and the instructions don’t say anything. On the bottom side of the seat, there are two pieces of Velcro strapped across, and once you detach the Velcro, the bottom of the seat opens up, allowing you to remove the backrest. Then you just put the back on and Velcro it up then start assembling. It was very easy to put together after that!

Very happy with this sofa! Not difficult to assemble. Definitely wait the 7 days for cusions to fully expand. Would definitely recommend! A little stiff but soft and may get better as we use it.

Honestly, I'm super disappointed. It is not very comfortable, at all, the cushions are not thick, I literally sink in them and can feel the base of the couch, it hurts my back to sit on it more than like 15min. The storage is difficult to access, probably because the cushions are held onto the lids by cheap velcro, which comes undone easily. Maybe a college student would like this couch, but any adult I would advise to avoid. I got rid of my nice couch to replace it with this one (only because the old couch was very worn from my dogs and didn't fit well in our living room). If I could change that decision I would in a heartbeat. I had to spend an extra $200 between an extra 2in of cushion foam and new covers for the cushions just to make it manageable until I can buy another couch.The back pillows are super flimsy, I'll have to replace those also at some point, and the one is the wrong color gray, they did refund me $40 for that. The only positive is the size is nice and it was easy to put together. If I could return the whole thing I would, but then I'd be left with no couch and finding a new one quickly now would be difficult. But dear lord I don't know how I'm going to stand this couch for the next year until I can buy another one. Complete waste of money. I really just want to throw it in the garbage, but I would be out $750 then, I seriously hate this thing.

It shipped and was delivered pretty quickly. Setup took 2 or 3 hours and wasn’t too difficult. The storage and arrangement options are pretty cool and it’s decent sized. Not the most comfy but not that bad, basically what I’d expect for an Amazon couch.
