Choppers like this are a handy kitchen tool. I had a Pampered Chef version. The 1st one of those was replaced under warranty when it broke but after the 2nd one broke I had to buy the next one. Since those didn't hold up that well I decided to look for a different brand. As it turns out the Oxo is much sturdier. It rotates better with each downward chop. I like that the cup has measurements. It stores more easily because you can lock the handle in the down position for storage so it's not as tall. After several weeks of regular use it shows no signs of wear.

I make the Pico de gallo for the family taco booth each year at the church fall festival. My old chopper was just too dull to do the trick. This chopper was such a good choice. I even had my niece help me out with the chopping. It worked like a breeze. Thanks
The blade is SHARP, so be careful with it. I haven't cut myself yet, but my boyfriend has. When you take everything apart to clean it, be sure to put the main mechanism into the "LOCK" position before re-installing the blade. That will prevent the mechanism from moving or twisting around.
Wonderful for chopping up ingredients. We mostly use it for garlic, but it also works great for Oreos when you want to make a homemade milkshake.
Not going to lie, saw James May using it and thought "Ohh! No more tears when I cut onions!".

It's good fun for you as an adult to just really whap on it while dicing. It's easy enough to use that a 4-year-old could also use it to dice. It does take up some space in the cupboard, but, if you're very sensitive to onions (like I am), it's worth the investment.
Pretty study little chopper. This brand is probably better made than other similar choppers. The capacity is a little small, about 1 cup but you can always just chop more batches.
This device is so cool! I have used to chop ingredients for pasta salads, pasta sauce, and soups. Well worth the $$ because I already use it so much. I bought it because Nick Lewis, on YouTube, recommended it. If you don't know his channel, check it out!
My only wish is that the capacity were a bit larger. I use these to chop walnuts, almonds, and pecans. I usually make one big batch a week and store them in a glass jar in my refrigerator.
Looks great works well

Saw this on James May cookery programme. Chops hard veggies very well. Good price and arrived promptly.
I`m very satisfied with the product.

Works great, easy to take apart to clean. It really saves a lot of time when compared to dicing by hand...
