Easy to read directions which is always nice. Enjoying the look of the bed only issues is one of the sections of the frame did not come with velcro so that section of the lights won't stay up. Very disappointing but no other issues

The seller is responsive to inquiries and the bed arrived in great condition thanks to secure packaging. It even has smart phone functionality if you lose the remote! Definitely worth it, I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I don’t typically buy items that has no reviews but finding a bedframe to my liking was difficult. When I read the item description and looked into the seller’s reviews, I knew I could trust it. Let me tell you, I’m so glad I did! Everything came perfect and as pictured. The item arrived in two days although it wasn’t supposed to arrive until 5-7 days later. Assembling the bedframe was easy to follow—we misread the instructions and accidentally built the frame upside down. We thought it may have been a manufacture error but it was our fault. Customer service responded quick and efficiently to resolve the issue. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I liked the idea of having a head board, shelves, secret compartment, LED lights, charging station all in one! The shelves are small but good enough to fit personal items. I also like how the shelves are glass.
