The bed frame is sturdy and made from full metal (including cross beams). The package includes spare parts (wow!) and all of the parts needed to build the bed were included. There is foam strip included in the kit to limit the metal on metal squeaks - there are no squeaks from this bed frame. The package does weigh about 110lbs, so make sure you have a friend available to help you move it.

Assembly took about 2 hours and the instructions were thorough. Assembly was easy with my only gripe being 4-5 screws that did not have pre-drilled holes in to the laminate wood. The only 2 screws that you MUST install are the ones to screw the outlet to the shelf on the headboard. Again, difficult but not terrible, which is why I gave ease of install a 4/5. The manufacturer could pre-drill the holes or at least put divots in to make installation of the screws easier.

The below bed drawers are pretty cheap and do not ride on a track system (see picture). It will work for what I want to use it for but be warned. The drawers clip in to the bed frame to keep them flush with the bed. The top slide out drawers will be blocked by nightstands, if you have any.

The LED strip is programmable and can light up in many different colors or has programmable modes, including one that reacts to sound.

I hopefully won't need to buy another bed frame for a long time, but I would buy this again.

The bed it better made than I expected. It was easy to put together. My hubby had it all out together by himself in just about an hour. Easy instructions labeled pretty well, the handbook made it clear. Got this for my mom and she loves the lights. They have different settings with brightness, flashing, colors. Led lights are great. The height is perfect, cloths fit under the bed perfectly which keeps a small room super tidy! Overall though, bed is really nice. Worth the purchase.

I was surprised by how quite it is now to finally go in and out of bed. No creaking noise what so ever. It made a difference to my mattress as it provided firmer support for my back.

The bed frame itself is fairly decent for the price. LEDs work great and so does the outlet.

However the design for the drawers is absolutely terrible. It's just 4 wheels on the bottom of the drawer and a hole for the drawer to sit on with a screw. Wiggles and flops around when they're put up.

Everything else is fine.

The Lifezone twin bed frame seems pretty decent overall. The color is nice and the material is waterproof.

For the price you're getting a pretty solid piece but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is over 110 pounds. It's also really easy to move around the room. I like that it's easy up fit up narrow stairs and pretty simple to put together as well.

One thing to watch out for is that headboard does not reach all the way past the mattress if your mattress is not so tall. I personally would use with I highly one. Also if your pillow is thin it could slip through that crack area.

Overall i would recommend under the right circumstances.
