Just to address some negative reviews I read. I was nervous about ordering due to some of the negative reviews but ultimately let the positive reviews sway my decision making. I just received yesterday. Let me start off by saying… it is heavy. 99lbs for queen size snd not a one person job, especially if it needs to be carried up steps. Shipping was quick, no issues with packaging. Inspected frame and found no apparent damage. I have a platform slat type bed, high off the ground due to drawers being underneath so the Zero clearance for me was a must. My mistress is 14” thick so I will likely be looking for a 10” ONLY due yo the height of my bed. The Fran does work fine with my thick mistress. I found that everything worked GREAT. I slept WONDERFULLY last night!! Best night sleep I’ve had in s long time! If any issues arise, I will update but as of right now… I give 5 stars, highly recommend and my son is planning to purchase one for himself. Happy with my purchase!!!

The bed does exactly what it it was bought for. Only issue is the corner projects out and I’ve hit my leg several times. A problem in a tight space.

This arrived quickly in perfect condition. It's heavy but two senior citizens managed it just fine. There's a motor for the head and one for the foot section. Motors are whisper quiet. When you hit the button to go flat it goes flat effortlessly and amazingly quiet. I never knew what this "zero gravity" feature was. Now I can't imagine my life without it. I have crippling insomnia. I found when I put this on the Zero Gravity feature, I'm actually able to go back to sleep. A lifesaver, literally! Love love love this bed. Would definitely recommend!

This base arrived a day early. The FedEx delivery man had difficulty moving it from the truck to my covered walkway. I am 79 years old. It took the combined efforts of myself and three friends ranging in age from 73 to 79 to get it up three steps and to the front door. We had some difficulty wrestling it out of the box. Once we got it out, putting on the legs was simple. Flipping it over was more of a challenge. We were able to get my mattress, which is also very heavy, onto the base without much difficulty. The base is sturdy. No wobbling or weakness in the legs is evident. The motor is very quiet. To buyers who are elderly, I advise getting a lot of help to move the box, uncrate, assemble, and set up.

Delivery took longer than hoped but within (at the end) of the window provided. Easy to set up, we put it on a different platform so I cannot comment on the sturdiness of the provided legs. The mattress stopper at the foot of the bed may rise above the mattress if the mattress isn’t tall, so tall/long people could hit it with their feet. You end up sliding down the bed as you raise and lower your head. We added a pool noodle on it to provide cushioning for feet when this occurred.

The bed worked as expected for about 6 weeks then the head would no longer lift (the legs still lift). It’s been over a week since customer service was contacted, and we are still waiting on a resolution or even a plan for resolving the issue.

The bed was used for a invalid patient as the were released from the hospital to help with breathing and eating problems (allowing the head to be elevated). The loss of the motor function has caused them to not be able to be moved and subsequently they have needed to be admitted to the hospital again.
The bed was chosen because of the presumed heavy duty sturdiness because of the weight it says it supports but the motor not working after 6 weeks is concerning, as well as the delay in working the issue. It seems the motor is not heavy duty or durable enough, and customer service seems to be slow with resolution.

The bed came with two legs that were frozen and would not adjust. I called and they sent replacements. 9 months after purchase we lost the remote. I called the seller and they sold me a replacement remote for $89!!!!! The customer service person was horrible to me. “Thanks for calling prove to me you actually bought a bed from us.” Seriously if she worked for me she would be fired. It arrived with no instructions for pairing and o one will answer the customer service line. Waited on hold for 40 minutes and then was told by a recording there was no one to take my call. Terrible customer service and I cannot believe they charged me $90 for $5 worth of electronics in a replacement remote. Cannot tell you how irritating this experience has been. I could probably re build some other products with the manuals online but apparently pairing this over priced remote is a big deep dark technical secret too import to post a PDF online! Its not a nuke launcher it’s an overpriced bed remote.

I couldn't believe it would be so good, especially for the price. Well, it is. I am getting another. What a difference from a regular bed. Easy to assemble, just like reviews said. It does take 2 people to lift on to bed, so have someone around to help you do that.
