First off, if you aren't patient get someone else to put it together. It is not crazy complex, but in order to get it to fit into such a small box, they had to make some funky design choices which affects assembly. I can put together Ikea stuff with my eyes closed, this was a little maddening.

The bed looks great. I wish the slats were closer (more) and set a bit lower in the frame. If you are putting a spring mattress with no box spring, then you should put a board under it or pick up some 1x3 and cut it down to add slats. The gaps are wide. PRO TIP: Just get a big cardboard single-wall box and double it and lay it on the slats. That is more than enough support for the springs over the slat gaps and also the cheapest. You do NOT need "bunkee boards" or any sort of special plywood.

I got a pair of these for our kids' room. They are handsome and the steel frame is more than sufficient for teen boys. The amount of space under the bed is high enough for low profile containers. The headboard is padded nicely and (bonus) it is hollow with a zipper opening on the back for hiding stuff.

We got 12" thick mattresses and they sit nicely. Slats are very wide so I put a large cardboard piece (double thick) under most of it. If you have younger kids, consider mattresses that are 8 or 10" thick as it sits a bit high(er).

Another comment is that because the slats are high (they are almost level with the sides), the mattress can slip. Not dangerous, but its a pain. I added two cheap flat "mending plates" from home depot to sit about 1/2 inch above the side cover. I covered them with gray fabric to match the sides and screwed directly into the wood. They keep the mattress from sliding. They definitely should lower the slat supports by about an inch so the mattress sits lower. However, it was very inexpensive!

So I am going to start with my one gripe with this bed. The headboard looks more impressive in the pictures than it does in person. For that I actually would have taken a star away, but this bed gets bonus points for two reasons.

1. Quality
2. Ease of assembly

For anyone that shops on Amazon often, you know quality is often a toss of a coin. Something can look sturdy, but then it arrives and you realize it is no where near it. This bed not only looks sturdy but actually is. The materials feel like good quality that can hold some serious weight. This bed is for my son and while he is still small enough I know he will be tempted to jump on this bed and I think the bed will be able to take it which is a huge plus.

Next, this bed was super easy to put together. So easy in fact that you could probably figure it out without the very clear instructions. It took less than an hour to assemble. Since many of the pieces come preassembled that’s a huge help and I didn’t have to worry about missing parts (like you often do with Amazon products that have a lot of parts). Everything fit perfectly so I didn’t have to rig anything for things to fit right.

All in all this was a good buy. I already have a few of their mattresses and now I would definitely be willing to buy more of their frames.
This bed frame was definitely worth it for the price, in the best way. Super easy to put together, as long as you follow the directions. It comes with all the tools you need to do it, no drill is necessary. It looks super great! It is lower to the ground, but it’s a very simple frame. It is being used for our guest bedroom, so i’m not sure about comfort, but me laying down on it temporarily, it was very comfortable! We got the queen size and it fits perfect!
No squeaking as far as i can tell. Great frame for the price, for sure!
This was so easy to put together myself. I have the arm strength of a wet noodle but managed to assemble it all by myself!! The color is exactly what I hoped for. The size is perfect for me and my cat to share a mattress on. I might raise it up a little more, it’s a tad bit close to the ground but the dimensions spell that out. The velvet is so comfortable to the touch. All my parts were included. Highly recommend!
Took me about an hour to put together. Pretty simple. Came packaged good. Haven’t slept in it yet so idk how it holds up or if it squeaks. If anything changes I’ll update. For now I give it 5 stars.
Solid feeling bed. Pretty easy to put together, probably 45 minutes solo (might want a second pair of hands for the head board but I was able to do it solo. All parts needed were included. Good height, I don’t think I will need a box spring
I put the instruction book aside and had it assembled in less than an hour. I believe a ten year old could put it together. Rachet tool enclosed was very helpful. I am going to buy another one.
Took me about an hour and I used my own tools. Slats were a pain, the first slat wouldn’t fit properly. I’m sure it will sit on the rail under pressure. The tool included is nice but not comfortable to use. The headboard is nice, was expecting it to be a heavy but since it unzips and has the pieces fit in it for shipping, it’s lightweight. Overall, it’s okay for the price. Washed my sheets as I built this, so took about 55 minutes.
