Overall: 4.5/5. This product came well-packaged, was easy to assemble, is convenient to rearrange, and seems to be made of reasonably durable material for what you’re paying.

PACKAGING: 5/5. Boxes were durable, individual pieces were well-wrapped, and there were no visible defects. Cushions and hardware were packed inside the base/frame of each piece to save space. Each individual piece is shipped in a separate box and were light enough for my wife to bring in and move downstairs on her own.

ASSEMBLY: 5/5. Easy and clear instructions. Each piece took 5-10 minutes total to unpack and assemble with two people. Entire unit was put together in ~40 minutes.

MATERIAL/VALUE: 4/5. For the price, one wouldn’t expect the highest grade wood frames or the most comfortable cushion, but the materials met/slightly exceeded my expectations. The fabric seems durable and should withstand the claws of our two dogs. Cushions are currently soft and comfortable, but it’s not clear if the cushions will sag in the future. There’s a Velcro strip behind the back cushions to help them stay attached to the back of the couch, which I really like.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5/5. The sectional arrived in two separate shipments in consecutive days. After not receiving the whole thing on the first day, I was worried that the seller forgot to ship some of the pieces. They responded quickly and addressed my concerns, and the rest of the pieces came quickly.

Easy to put together. Boxes aren’t as heavy as reviews say. I’m 5,8 & 150 and I carried them in on my own. I was able to rearrange the pieces to fit my living room and area rug. LOVE this purchase. So glad I bought this sectional.

The quality of construction is quite good and the assembly is easy and well thought out. The fact that you have a few extra parts eliminates the usual hold up from a missing screw, bolt, washer etc... Good solid wood construction! The biggest selling point is the fact that you can custom design the layout to fit YOUR needs. You don't find that very often. Looks great and a excellent buy.

Ordered the 7pc sectional. One of the end pieces was really busted up underneath with the wood split, which made it difficult to fasten together. Not really confident that this piece will hold up. Ordered the 7pc in black as well and that came perfect.
