Well this protecting sheet fits well over my mattress without any problems. The fabric looks, and feels nice. As far as spilling liquid on it haven’t tried. But it seems as if it could apprehend dirt particles from residing on mattresses, which is a plus. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great product for under the actual mattress pad. I bought these for all of my rental units, and I don't have to worry about the mattresses being stained or soiled. I also visit my rentals from time to time, and I don't have to worry about the mattress having stains. Also, the warranty for the mattress will not be void due to soils. It's a win, win!!
