Well this is my case, the couch is good, color is good, the material is fine for the price. just some details that I need to mention
The size of the couch is perfect for my place, the construction is not very good the cushions are firm no problem with that, the time to put it together was fast,
all cushions can be removed (back and seat) the ottoman is large storage, the height of the couch from floor to sofa is normal is not high or low
the edges of the sofa are very weak because is only supported by 2 screws on the bottom side if you put same pressure on the wood will be easy to remove out or break from the supports.
the ottoman is big but all the edges feel the wood is not soft only the middle part, it is not comfortable if you use it to rest your feet or use it as a chaise lounge part
well everything will be used like normal and I have to go to home depot to buy some supports to fix the weak areas
all I can say that I recommend the sofa if you do not mind the problems or you are not a person who uses it a lot

Beautiful set. Had an issue with damage from shipping, but it was quickly and fairly handled by customer service.
I LOVE this couch. I looked for over a month, looking at local stores and just about every online store you can think of before deciding to go with this one and I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality.
It has a micro suede like covering, so very soft and durable and easy to clean stains off of (I have kids). The back cushions are very soft and you sink into them. I’m sure I’ll have to stuff extra polyfil at some point so they maintain shape in the future, but that can be purchased at any craft store for $10 and is an easy fix so no worries there.
Ok, so the bottom cushions. I really really wanted a couch that was super comfy and I could sink into. I knew from other reviewers that this would not be the case with this couch so I had decided to make a few alterations to get the right feel I wanted before receiving it. However, after putting it together and sitting on it... it’s perfect!! I was so surprised. It’s very comfy. It did soften up a bit over time which just made it that much better. It’s firm not hard if that makes sense.
All in all, great quality, very comfy, very durable, a price you can’t beat. Highly recommend.

UPDATED: After rating this at 1 star, I have updated my review to 4 stars. Although I did receive the product damaged, the seller provided a sincere apology and issued me a full refund with no hassle. Better yet, I did not have to go through the challenge of returning the product which was one of my biggest concerns. I may not be able to use the couch I purchased, but good customer service goes a long way.

Re: the sofa itself -- to be perfectly honest it's a little too firm for my taste and I was expecting a big comfy couch, but that is up to the customers liking (some people like a firm couch). In addition, if you fear that you're going to receive something completely different than what is pictured, no worries - the picture displayed is pretty true to what you get, as evident by the photos others have posted and even mine if you ignore the damage. Lastly, I would recommend the sofa to anyone with pets or children, as the fabric is extremely easy to clean, which is what I was initially on the lookout for, since I have a large dog that sheds.

This was a great buy. I was a bit skeptical initially because of the reviews I read and also buying something like this online without first seeing it in person. I would definitely recommend buying this and it looks great in our living room. It looks great and we get complements on it
