Confession: I literally NEVER write reviews, but this item is too good not to rave about it! After three years of heavy use and many, many washes (two kids, two parents, two cats and a dog!), it was time to address the shabby situation our sofa was in. Like all Ektorp products, the frame and cushions are still in perfect condition, but the cover was just plain yucky. I didn’t want to invest in a new sofa because that seemed so wasteful. After much research, I landed on this sofa cover. It was difficult to decide whether to get this one or an actual IKEA Ektorp-made cover. Ohmygee...I’m so happy I chose this item!! This slip cover is perfection! My sofa looks brand new again—this is such a wonderful, cost-effective way to refresh your decor or just prolong the life of your sofa. It’s exactly like the original cover that came with our Ektorp corner sofa, but something about it is even better. The zippers, maybe? My cushions were super easy to put into their covers!I will absolutely purchase this item again!! Fits and looks great! Love the gray color! Great item. My Ektorp sectional covers arrived missing 9 cushion covers. My couch is pictured here with the white covers that came with the couch and I put on the blue ones that arrived from my Amazon order. Interesting look, but not what I had planned. I can say what I did receive fits nicely... just still looking for the rest of my 9 cushion covers in blue! Wow!!! I'm so happy with my purchase. This replacement cover for my ektorp sectional is far superior to the IKEA replacement cover. I definitely recommend this cover...it's well made and roomy ..meaning it is easy to get on the sofa. The Ikea cover is always a tight fit..this one has room to spare. I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Great product, fast shipping. This slip cover is great. I bought it here because it was not available at IKEA. It is really tight though so it can be hard to get the covers onto the cushions. And be careful if you spot clean. I scrubbed with a sponge and ended up damaging the material. Now I have some spots that are lighter than the rest of the couch. :( Fits fine. But there was mice like droppings on the fabric. Gross!!
