I'm a veterinarian and needed a new bed for my older dog. I'm always on the lookout for a company to recommend to my clients so thought this would be worth a try. The reviews and pictures looked good but it did not translate into a quality product for me. Definitely not worth the money. I've been letting the foam expand for hours and it's still only about an inch thick. It also has a weird bulge in the middle so is not flat. $80 is way too much for a bed of this size and poor quality. I expect a thick foam bed when it is advertised as such. I will be returning it. Our dog seems to love his new bed, and it's been very durable so far. The dog has demolished a couple of other beds with his clawing and chewing but he's left this one intact for the time being. The only complaint we have so far is that the scratching noise against the fabric is really loud and annoying, especially at night. Other beds made with softer fabrics dampen the sound, but this one is made of a more durable fabric that reverberates and seems to amplify the sound. Oh well, can't have it both ways I suppose. I purchased two beds from them one large and one medium. When trying to place the pads that are supposed to create the borders the zipper repeatedly split I couldn’t even get the bed together. I wouldn't recommend the beds when border is included. The pads are this and not worth the price alone. My foster dog absolute loves this bed! I think it’s even helping to calm him down! When I came home today, he was sound asleep in it and is normally waiting on the floor by the door. I couldn’t be happier to provide him with this kind of comfort! My foster is a 60 pound pitbull and the medium is the perfect size for him! The bed was very easy to put together and unzips in a way that will make it super easy to wash. The material is very durable and it seems like great quality! I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it! There’s also a super cute little toy surprise with the box too! I absolutely love it!! This dog bed cane rolled up and vacuum sealed in a tiny box so I was skeptical when I opened it! After about 5 minutes it fluffed up to a nice plush dog bed. I love that the cover easily zips off for washing and it’s a good size for a small sized bed. I attached a picture of my 15 pound chihuahua terrier mix on the bed, it fits her perfectly and she has been enjoying snuggling on it! I think it’s a good size for dogs 15 pounds and below. This bed is definitely not chew resistant. It lasted 36 hours. It’s also not soft at all, which I would be fine as a compromise if it meant it was sturdy against chewers. It wasn’t. Definitely not worth the money. My dogs are absolutely spoiled with Bark beds. They have not one, not two, but 5 (yes, FIVE) Bark beds. For two 14-pound dogs, they now have a favorite hang out spot in every room of the house. Comes with a cute free toy on the inside, and a bonus toy through the mail! (What a surprise!) The toys themselves are so well made. Highly considerig getting a Barkbox subscription now for the amazing toys. The beds themselves are firm, but in a good way. It keeps it shape, easy to clean, and doesn't scratch our wood floors! Considered buying a few more for the car and the front porch...maybe another as a butt cushion for us humans as well! Lol! First Impressions:We bought this bed for our new puppy, and received the bed in excellent time. The new puppy doesn’t come home for another week, but here are my first impressions: I love this bed! I wasn’t expecting it to come in pieces, but the instructions were 3 steps, and very easy to assemble. A note included with the bed explains that this is to keep shipping costs down. Everything is vacuum sealed. What’s nice is it doesn’t have that funky smell that some memory foam stuff has. It fluffed up pretty quickly, though it does state it could take 24-48 hours to fully expand. Also, the design seems close to dog-proof. No easily accessible zippers, and all of the covers are removable/washable. We bought the large size, in anticipation of puppy-growth. The bolsters come up about 6-8 inches From the ground, but they are squishy. If you have a dog with trouble hopping/lifting their legs, you may want to go with a smaller size, or one of the versions with an open side. Overall, we are pleased with this product. Will follow up after it’s seen some use.
