We love it! it is just perfect! ...all we were looking for. it came on two different days, but the seller was really nice and kind when I asked about where was my second piece, had to admit it was just because the first piece looked so good that I didn't want to wait for a second to have the set together. The waiting was only one day... and the customer service excellent and kind! so nothing to complain at all here. L shape, bed, sofa etc...CONSVery hard and uncomfortable. I have chronic back pain so I lay down a lot while working. This couch made it worse, even my butt hurts after a while. I bought a super thick mattress topper for my guests to soften the blow.Overall: BUY it if you care more about aesthetics and versatility than comfort I purchased this futon to use as a temporary sofa until my sectional from Wayfair was being delivered. For a futon, this is quite comfortable. You wouldn't want to sit on it for hours at a time as your bottoms will start feeling it for sure. Let's just say that my Wayfair sectional I ordered almost 3 months ago is still not completely delivered yet (after 3 deliveries, I'm still waiting), and this ottoman is getting us through just fine.I've included 2 photos; the 2nd one shows the color better than the first. It's kind of an off white, but not yellow or cream. Even my husband who absolutely hates modern and/or light colored furniture just fell in love with it. I love this furniture, I do. But I want to clarify for all the true "bed size" of the sofa and chaise when joined together. The joined unit measures approximately 70" by 74". Despite what several of the Sellers are claiming, this "bed" is not Queen Size, nor is it Full Size. In fact, it is not any standard US bed size.The closest US bed size is Hotel King at 72" by 80", but this is an uncommon size. The closest common US bed size is California King at 72" by 84". I am not making any of this up. I just received the items and have assembled and placed them. I have measured three times. I am sure of the measurements.Sad that these Sellers are providing incorrect information. I received incorrect information as well, causing me to waste quite a lot of money on a Full Size mattress pad and a Full Size sheet set - not even close! A Queen Size bed is 60" by 80", and a Full Size bed is 53" by 75"; this bed is 70" by 74". Not hard to see the significant differences.Before you buy, you might consider how important it would be to have proper fitted bedding - a mattress pad and fitted sheet - because such items don't exist in this size. Of course, you could try the next size up, which is what I am about to do. Don't get me wrong, I love this furniture, but the bed part is challenging. I bought this for my basement guest bedroom/entertainment room. The reviews in here are all true. It is a bit yellow/vanilla colored, but it is so very easy to assemble, sturdy (we fit 3 dudes each weighing ~200lbs), and really stylish and soft. We haven't had anyone sleep on it yet, but I did spend an afternoon laying down on it, and it was fine. The only down side is that there aren't any arm rests, but for the cost, this is truly an unbeatable deal! Not very comfortable, but nice for the price. Put a mattress topper on it, and guests said it passes the test. Only annoyance is the atypical size of the bed + chaise lounge. When pushed together, it is too large for a queen fitted sheet, but too small for a king fitted sheet. We used a king fitted sheet and just have to deal with the slouchiness and overhang. I love this sofa bed! Very modern looking and pretty sturdy. Easy to assemble. My husband put it together in 30 minutes. The boxes came very efficiently packed except for one box where FedEx must have punctured and it went through the bottom lining of one of the settees. It was quite a hole and I got in touch with the manufacturer who settled the matter unbelievably quickly!I am so pleased with this purchase. I wasted money on blow up beds, ugly and cumbersome futons, this is the one! I highly recommend it! Really cool pieceNot white at all. Pretty heavy on the cream side.Very uncomfortable. I had to book a chiropractor and return it. Too bad it does look great. Good for young people with no high "comfort" requirements. As other reviews say. NOT for a long time use. Great for sitting a bunch of guests.
