Nice & thick silicone cutting boards! The only one on the market that is genuine silicone as far as I can tell. You know these are quality from the second you feel it. It has a good weight & is well designed w/ the cutting board side resembling the texture of a plastic cutting board & the bottom w/ a wavy design that grips the surface. The board can bend but is still thick enough to be quite sturdy. The hole allows the board to hang & dry conveniently. Silicone in everything is all the rage these days for its close cell anti-bacteria structure—unlike plastic, but a lot of products being sold aren’t actually 100% silicone. This one seems like it is though. Worth the price. I had to return liflicon extra large cutting board after reading “avoid using serrated knives” on the product label. Otherwise, I would have loved to have kept it. I saw other photos posted showing deep cuts and wondered if serrated knives were responsible. There were no references in the online product description to avoid serrated knives. Doesn’t deserve my two-star rating because I never used it. I was a little worried about this to be honest... i had seen a photo of it cut and I was afraid it would be really thin but it’s actually pretty decent in thickness compared to many other silicone cutting boards. I only use it to chop my veggies. Although they don’t advertise this as LFGB certified silicone, I wonder if it is? It seems of higher quality than the regular FDA ones. I love that it’s non toxic. Love silicon cutting boards, don't like the color though....wishing it was a lighter brighter yellow I really like this cutting board. It is non-stick and really tough. Sure, after a couple months heavy usage, it does have a couple cuts into the surface. Mostly when someone abuses my chef knifes with poor technique. These clean up well, and occasionally I just tuck it into a steam cycle in my dishwasher for peace of mind. If it were just a bit thinner, it would be more pliable, which would be good when you're trying to pick it up and pour cut vegetables into the salad bowl. Overall, though, well worth it since it isn't plastic. Like it because it’s light. Would like it to be a sturdier board but it will work This came on time. It is exactly how seller describes it. Sturdy yet flexible. Had trouble when knife scratched to hard to cut frozen meat. I will by another.
