First of all, this is a replacement order. The first UPS Freight lost. Why am I starting with this negative? Because it is important to note that Jessica at Sleep Geekz and the entire staff was committed to fixing this issue. Both times they shipped right away, communicated the details and followed up every step. Once it was established by UPS that they could not find my shipment Jessica immediately sent another, not waiting to see if the first showed up. She was concerned how the items would arrived due to being lost and provided a new item immediately with a different carrier.
The bed arrived on a skid in 4 boxes. (I purchased a split king). The 12" mattress was approx. 50 lbs, each base about 100 lbs. Unpacked the mattresses and opened the package, both started to come to life right away. In less than 15 minutes they were decompressed and looked great. The frame was amazingly simple to setup. Unbox, removed some zip ties, add legs, plug in control box, turn over and plug in! All the wires were already setup under the bed. Tested remote before placing mattress in, worked great. This is an extremely comfortable unit. We purchased the medium mattress and it feels great. Overall the bed is quiet, looks great and has many functions only found on more expensive systems. Quality is second to none. Massage works perfectly, under bed nightlight is nice, range of motion for this bed is amazing. If you are looking for an adjustable setup, this should check every box for you. Add in the great customer service from Sleep Geekz and you can feel satisfied with your purchase.

UPDATE. 02/04/2019
I'm updating my review one last time. The customer service with sleep geekz is fantastic. They did everything they could to get me a bed where the massage function worked as it should. Unfortunately we weren't able to get one that would work properly. That's the only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5. They sent two new bases out and both worked properly the first time after that my side would only work for 10 minutes. If it wasn't for this I would give them 5 stars as their customer service was amazing and all in all the bases are great as well. I would recommend these to any of my friends and have done so.

I've changed my review because the massager on both mine and my wife's bed frame only stay on for about 12 minutes. I've contacted the seller and they seemed very helpful at first but have now decided to not respond to my message. Then I'm looking through the questions and someone asked if it comes with adjustable legs and the seller says yes. Needless to say mine didn't come with adjustable legs and it would have been nice if it did. Luckily I've started the return process before it was too late but what a huge pain in the butt that is going to be when I should have got a good product and better customer service after spending $1000

I have to say I was a little nervous to but this adjustable base since there wasn't any reviews when I purchased it. To say the least I'm extremely happy I made this purchase. The base was delivered 5 days before the expected delivery date which was nice because it showed up the same day as my new tuft and needle mattresses. The setup was extremely easy and quick it seriously only took 5 minutes before it was ready to go. We got the split king bases so we could each have the bed how we want it. I love that there is 4 usb ports on each base so when we put them together we still have 2 usb on each side. For the price this one comes with the most features and the best warranty of any adjustable base of there. I've only had it for a day so I will update if anything changes but right now I'm so glad I took the risk on a product with no reviews. If you're looking for one of these I highly recommend this one.

I bought this bed because I have been in a hospital metal framed crappy mattress bed since I broke my back, and diagnoised with bone marrow cancer.. it was really killing my back and I searched one day on amazon for about 6 hrs and d3 died to order this one. I am so glad I did...So far I have used it one night and the difference feels like heaven already....the mattress is the 14 inch medium plush..I elected that instead of the medium firm 12inch..I didn’t want it starting off way to firm..this so far has been a great purchase.

One of the best purchases I have ever done. This adjustable base has it all! You can adjust to any position or memory on the remote. Also, has 3 different massage modes! It works with any mattress and I have a Simmons Beautyrest TruEnergy on it. It holds the weight and myself really well! 4 USB ports with two on each side helps me with my phone connects! Again I cannot say stress how this adjustable frame has made my life easier and looking forward to many more other nights on it! PS. SleepGeekz has been excellent in everything from technical questions and even scheduling the time for when this base was to be derlivered! I look forward to future purchases from them as well!

The bed received earlier than expected and was easy to unpack from the box and set up. Great looking bed and though I was nervous about not having the wall-hugger, I found that I have no problem still reaching my side table in the night and I am so happy I have all the features including zero gravity and anti-snore plus massage but for 500-1000 cheaper than other models. This bed has all the features I needed and at a great price.
