My Dad has had other air beds that insurance co erred and the beds broke down just barely past the warranty. Insurance will o ly replace every 5 years This is much nicer and the same as the copay as the other crappy bed that insurance covered and also this one has a 2 year warranty not one. Much much better quality and better deal than his previous air beds. Worth the money. Son is bedridden and this is keeping him sore free. Of course with some tlc from his caregivers also. One negative there are no instructions on control panel so figure out yourself kinda deal. Excellent air mattress. My mom sleeps wonderfully with it and her skin looks great! So happy I purchased it for her! Very quiet and easy to install. It does take awhile to fill with air once you plug it up. This is a awesome bed, you won't go wrong if you buy this. My Dad loves the mattress and how easy it is to set this mattress up. Customer service was very helpful in answering all my questions especially Lillian. No problems so far. Easy to set up. Manual a little lacking. Seems to work good. Daughter has only been using it for about a week since she got out of hospital .
