2.1 stars for quality.0.1 stars for ease of assembly. This thing is flimsy, but adequate for my needs. But assembly is a nightmare. As one reviewer pointed out, "You might as well just go buy the raw materials and design it yourself."* You will need THREE screwdrivers, not ONE as described (spade, phillips, hex).* You will need a drill because 16 holes are NOT PRE-DRILLED AT ALL (for casters).* Many holes that ARE pre-drilled are improperly sized or positioned. Be prepared to do a lot of hammering & cursing to get components fitted together.* Wood dowels provided are loose and fall out of pre-drilled holes onto the floor during assembly.Be aware that the instruction manual is provided for amusement only. Instructions are often contradictory or flat wrong.Language is a laughably quaint approximation of English. Don't waste time trying to read it. Just compare components to the pictures and you'll have to figure out yourself how to put this thing together. Eventually. Allocate about four times the amount of time you'd spend assembling a similar unit from Ikea. This product was exactly the size and fit we were looking for. Had a little nook in our pantry that we wanted for our tea and coffee. Had wheels so we can roll it out to dining room when having guest or parties. Assembly took a little patience and about and hour but not too difficult. looks good. We left the towel bar off one end so it would fit where we needed it and that did not effect stability or assembly. Four stars are just because quality of wood is not great had a couple of imperfections, but when your looking to do things on the cheap I don't expect high quality. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. It arrived quicker than expected, but the the spice rack didnt fit together properly due to the holes being improperly drilled, and the top was damaged. We ordered a second one because we had the other pieces in the series and we really like this one to. The second one arrived quickly as well, was not damaged and went together quickly. HOWEVER, now it has black stains on it that wont come out. and if you scrub them they just get bigger. This should not happen. I would not recommend that anyone purchase this piece of furniture.Update: its been about 9 months, the piece is falling apart, the drawer handle has broken off, the drawer and cabinets do not close properly, all the wheels have broken off the bottom, extremely poor construction, DO NOT BUY I ordered the white stand and received the wood colored. also, there is a flaw on one of the doors (I turned it to the inside) and also a flaw on the corner of the top ( I have been able to cover it with a clothe. I found it very hard to follow the manufactures directions when putting it together. also to add insult, I was on line a week or so later only to find this particular stand had been reduced by 42.00. all together this has not been a good experience.thank you for askingsue zembower DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! As delivered the wood had splintered in multiple places, 90% of the holes were not pre-drilled and I had to do all the work myself with power tools. Most of the nails and magnetic plates were bent and broken. Bags holding screws and nails were torn open. This "easy project" took about 3 hours to assemble. Instructions were unclear and too small to read. I hate to say it, but IKEA is better than this.ADDITIONALLY, the top drawer has very little support, and the back can AND WILL easily slide out because it is not held in place. With no added support, it could maybe hold 3 pounds if placed near the edges. I fear anything in the middle would break the thin plywood. I put about 20 finishing nails through the wood, and in some parts the nail was too hard for the cheap wood to support and crumbled away. This is the reason people say you shouldn't shop on the internet. Buyer beware. I think this is the worst purchase I have ever made! The ends of the press-wood split with just hand tightening. My husband glued them back and clamped them. It looked terrible but it seemed to work. Then we found pre drilled screw holes where there should have been bigger holes for dowels and visa versa. The drawer would not close properly and the plastic tabs for the magnetic catches for the front doors both broke off. In the end my husband essentially used the original pieces as a template and built it out of plywood. It would have been cheaper and far easier to just buy a set of plans.
