UPDATE: Sleep Geekz did a phenomenal job in taking care of the situation. I’m very pleased with how they handled it and would 100% recommend buying a bed from them! Just remember to ask the delivery people for white glove service. This frame works beautifully with a sleep number mattressIf not for the issues with shipping and a defect in the fabric, I’d have given this Sven and Son adjustable bed frame 5 stars.First, the delivery company never offered white glove service. If you are disabled or elderly, this is unacceptable. They don’t even bring it to your door, but will put it in your lawn complete with pallets. I had to hire someone to bring the incredibly heavy box into the house, then hire someone else to unbox and set it up.Second, upon unboxing, I discovered a good sized hole in the fabric, at the head of the left side of the bed. I did contact the company about the shipping issue, but haven’t contacted them yet to discuss the noticeable tear in the fabric.It works flawlessly and I’d highly recommend buying one but be sure to talk to the delivery company and insist on white glove delivery. I spent a good chunk of money on this frame, and though I love the functionality and how smoothly it operates, that shipping issue and noticeable fabric tear overshadow the good. If Sleep Geeks is reading this, I’d like for someone to contact me about the fabric tear. This is my second adjustable bed. The first was purchased from a big box store, it wasn't near as nice nor did it have all of the features that this one does. So far (4 months I've had the best sleep in years.I especially like the wall hugging feature this bed has, my old one didn't and it was a real pain because my nightstand was always out of reach, now it isn't and my pillows don't fall into the "black hole" (off the end of the bed which is very difficult to get things that fall under/behind these beds because they're so heavy)The head tilting feature is great as well, I no longer need to sleep with 2 pillows or use 2 pillows to watch TV.I think the most important thing of all about this bed and my purchasing experience was dealing with Matt, the vendor. I received a call from from him the following day of me making my purchase. Matt was courteous, and respectful and most of all wanted to make sure he got my order correct.First, I live in rural America on the outskirts of a national park. Matt made sure to find a shipping company that could deliver to my door before we got off the phone.Most importantly, the picture and description of the mattresses can be somewhat misleading. The description for the bed itself is accurate, however the mattress says it's all memory foam on the pictures, however if you read the fine print on description below one section says it's a hybrid, meaning it has innersprings in it. I'm a heavy-set guy and my last mattress was a hybrid and I could feel the springs at times. I expressed my concerns to Matt and he made sure to ship me the 14" memory foam mattress (which showed up a day or two ahead of the beds themselves so I had time to allow them to set up). Also the mattress is a bit more than 14" and I had to purchase extra deep sheets to keep them from slipping off.Also if you don't have help, do yourself a favor and purchase the set-up/installation because these are heavy beds. I believe I saw they're 200-250lbs each. Also speaking of being heavy, I also read in the literature that each side of the bed (each twin) has a weight limit of 750lbs!!! My husband was looking for a split queen bed. He chose a full queen. Now here is where things get really amazing! Jessica Long helped us fix my husbands goof up! Jessica phoned me and asked me what it was we liked about the queen setup and helped us set up a split king. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were completely happy. We slept in our new bed for the first time last night. I slept the entire night, for the first time in a long time! I woke up feeling ready to start my day! This company is amazing as far as customer service goes. If you are looking for an adjustable bed, look no further! This company even has a white glove service! They will put it together for you if you want! An amazing comfortable bed at a great price! Super fantastic Company that actually backs up their product! So much awesomeness in one company! Thank You, Jessica, for helping set us up in this bed!!!! This bed is used for me and my husband who also loves it. The best bed at a affordable price, I did my homework before I purchased. .I am now looking to purchase more from this company to complete my bed set. The customer service was excellent to deal with everyone was very professional and friendly ready to help me take care of all problems. Jessica is a great customer service agent. Made too much noise...sounds like a forklift. Arrived damaged too. We returned it. The base is awesome and packed with features. I ordered the soft mattress and it is a little soft for my wife. Would I order the base and mattress again? You bet I would. You can probably put the frame together yourself, but I opted to have it assembled. The mattresses come in boxes and they are heavy. It’s great adjustable base for the money. It has all the features as the more expensive brands. Everything worked as described. Noise is not bad. I wish the wall hugging is closer to the wall. I still have to reach back a bit to access the night stand. But that’s similar to other wall hugging adjustable base. We ordered the medium firm mattress and it was a good choice. It did take a week or so to get use to it probably because we are adapted to our old bed which is too soft due to lack of support. We chose not to pay for the $250ish white glove delivery but thinking back we probably should have. I think it’s worth the money for the trouble. The base is heavy but both my husband and I are strong. I think it’s the awkward shape combined with the heavy weight that makes it difficult. We really enjoyed our purchase.
