Wow, this unit is absolutely fantastic. It literally shipped in 2 days. I will admit, I was overwhelmed and intimidated by how many pieces and parts it came with...but once I got started putting it together, it really was a breeze. Who needs a husband? Not this wife! lol. I plan to turn this area into a coffee bar, and all the other pieces of furniture that I looked at were too low like 28 inches tall...who wants to hunch over to make their coffee? Not us. The wood color is gorgeous, and matches the rest of my “farmhouse” theme perfectly, even my coffee sign that I plan to hang above! I’m just beyond thrilled. If you’re debating this purchase, do it. It’s a solid, very sturdy, beautiful piece of furniture, and you can’t beat the price either. I bought this to fill an empty corner in the space next to my kitchen. Recently re-did my dining room with a modern farmhouse feel, so I felt this sideboard small buffet completed the look. I use it as a place to store my keys, mail, work badge, hats when I come home from work. I also keep my google home speaker on it since the sound radiates nicely from a corner wall. This item has a reclaimed wood look but it's most definitely 99% particleboard construction. The box was packaged securely, with hard protection on the ends and each part covered in foam wrap, which is surprising because this brings me to my first negative:Cons:1) the top part of the table had three major scratches already on it fresh out of the box. Such a bummer because it's right on top.2) one of the two shelves has a rough front edge on the full length of the shelf.3) Quality control is an issue because one of the camlock screws was bent out of the bag.4) The camlock round ends are not the same quality as ikea. They will strip if you overtighten (Which you are not supposed to do with particle board to begin with).5) The bottom main board is missing a receiver nut for the bolts that connects the black plastic angle supports for the bottom edge pieces.6) The table is wobbly - I tried it on different locations in my home just to make sure it's not the floor and it's definitely the table.7) There are no floor guards or slide pads for bottom of the table to protect your hardware floors. - I solved this by getting some durable felt pads to allow for easy moving around for cleaning. As you can see, there are major quality control issues with this item. Much like as i've read from other reviews on amazon and WF.That said there are a few good things about this item:1) It is a versatile piece for many uses.2) Nice modern rustic farmhouse feel.3) Its cheaper than WF even with their 10% discount. All in all I like the item - but I'm hoping the seller has a means to work with quality control issues. IF they are able to send me two parts - a new wood finish TOP board and a new inner shelf, with no surface scratches on either, then I would be a very happy camper.2* for now until I get a seller response...will update later!! Loves it! Perfect for what I needed! I bought 3 of these as I am building a custom sewing desk and these arrived fast and to my surprise we’re very easy to assemble. 20 minutes each. All the pre drilled holes lined up perfect and instruction book was easy to follow. They had all parts and hardware perfectly separated out and easy to find. I’m going to buy a few more of these for my sewing room! I’ve bought a lot of put together furniture and this was probably the best one. Nothing was missing! Came out very cute for in my nursery and seems decently stable. I love it. Love my new wine cabinet! Arrived in a beat up box and I was skeptical from the start but all the pieces were there and in perfect shape. It’s worth all the steps it takes to put it together! I absolutely fell in love with this cabinet when I saw it advertised and now that I have it, I love it even more! Very easy to set up and it looks great! Worth every penny!! I absolutely love this! It's definitely risky buying furniture from Amazon but I'm glad this was a great buy.I was worried because the package came in busted and I almost had a freak out seeing wood in the packaging that was cracked and bent but found out it was part of the packaging and everything was actually intact. The instructions were easy and all you needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. All in all this is perfect for our rustic home.
