I really love the style of these beds and wanted to give them 5 stars; however, the beds both had defects to them. We purchased two of these beds, on BOTH beds on of the screw holes doesn’t have threading so you cannot screw the piece in that holds the mattress bars down. Also, whoever pre assembled the headboard together (at the manufactures) had damaged the back of the headboard by splitting/cracking the wood. Luckily it is on the back side of the headboard so it’s not noticeable. Also one of the bed-frames bar was dented. I did contact customer service (the seller) and they were WONDERFUL. They exceeded my expectations, solved all my problems in a timely manner and just for that reason I WOULD purchase more beds/furniture from this seller again. Overall the beds look amazing and they are very sturdy and solid. Assembly took a bit but it was easy and fairly straight forward directions. I ordered a size queen and it has a little extra room on the corners in case you have a more plush mattress. It is what I expected and am happy with it. We slept on it last night and I heard no creaking of any sort. It seems sturdy. Will update if anything negative comes up. :) Would recommend for sure! I had the bed for less than two months. I am a 19 year old girl, i weigh 160, 5’4, and while i was sleeping the bed came CRASHING down in the middle of the night while i was SLEEPING!! all the medal pieces bent up and folded. I’m very disappointed. If i could give negative or zero stars i would I bought this as a replacement of an old one.. This is easy to assemble no need help from a professional .. it comes with clear and very straightforward manual so it's easy to understand which made it easy to put together. . The headboard matches my decor that makes the room looks more nicer! It got some weight on it..so I assumed it's sturdy. . My kids already bouncing and jumping around..! The bed arrived with a week. There was no damage done to the box or inside components. They were easy to assembled. Solid construction. Look great. Very good bed for the price! Easy to build, but a waste of money... 1st time someone spent the night with me the legs bent and the whole bed shifted... cheap beyond the low price. Very dissatisfied. Spend a little more on a better bed.. Very nice looking, looked great in our sons’ bedroom. I like that I was able to get them in both twin and full size that we needed. We did have an issue, but customer service was probably the most responsive and courteous that I’ve ever encountered. They absolutely stand behind their product and want you happy with your purchase!! I love this bed frame!!!! This is in my master bedroom and I love it so far. Its not squeaky seems very sturdy and is beautiful. It took about an hour or so to put together. My husband did it just fine. I think I would have had issues if it were just myself putting it together. But he did it quick.
