I got this mattress for our guest room. I've slept on it a few times now (I struggle with insomnia, so I will sneak out of the bedroom to read so as to not disturb my partner), and I find it VERY comfortable. I honestly like this mattress more than the $1500 one in our master bedroom.

I am 5'6 and 125lbs, and I find it to be a true medium-firm: very supportive with just enough sink to cradle my lower back. I sleep both on my back and my side, and I have not experienced any more shoulder or hip pain from this mattress than from the plush mattress in our master bedroom. In fact, I think I experience LESS. I've never slept on it with my partner, though, so I am not sure how adding another person on the mattress might change the feel (the old "sink and roll" effect). The edge support is only so-so, which is part of what gives me pause on that.

Having just bought it, I can't speak to longevity. Given the price, I don't expect that it would last more than a couple of years as an every-night bed (a bit longer as an occasional-use, guest bed). Still, if a $1500 lasts 10 years and a $300 lasts two, ultimately you are still paying $150/year. I'll update my review if it poops out any time before year 2, but otherwise it's a solid 5 stars from me.

 This mattress is the best example of mattress in a box. It’s air tight and packed inside a box.
I didn’t use the sharpen tool (given inside the box) to unwrapping the mattress wrapper. It’s very easy to remove the outside wrapper and it took less than 3 hours to come to original shape. But we allowed 12 hours before started using.
We are continuously using the mattress the day it’s unwrapped; the cool covers and soft fabrics is helping us for pleasant sleep. We are not feeling any back pain or uncomfortable which we we used to get from the current one.
There are no bad odor and very good in look. So we started using mattress protector to protect it for longer use. One of the best mattress with this price range

After much research of available hybrid mattresses on Amazon and other places, I decided to purchase this Inofia Queen 12" Mattress. I am a big guy I am 6'2 325 lbs. So, choosing the best mattress for me became a challenge. I am very happy that I made the right choice with this one...

Opening the mattress requires a little patience and planning. It went very well. It took about 24 hours for it to fully expand. There was no odor or bad smell at all.

I am mostly a back sleeper with occasional side to side. The mattress to me is both soft enough on top and firm enough in support to make it a real pleasure to sleep on. I would rate it as being medium-firm. The foam is perfect and the springs really do isolate your movements. I do not feel and springs below. The mattress has maintained its shape with no dipping spots where I sleep. And it sleeps cool! The top cover is very nice. I am very happy that it does not get hot.

The only negative that I have about the mattress is that it does not have side handles. I thought that it did based on what looked like blue side straps in the photos. It turns out that they are only a decorative piece.

Overall, I am very happy with this mattress and highly recommend it for large people like me. A lighter person may feel it as being a little firmer. But, I am now a happy sleeper!

After comparing several dozen mattress brands and types, I opted for the queen-sized Inofia Luxury Firm 12" mattress. It has both innerspring coils as well as several types of different foam applications (see manufacturer's photos for specifics of mattress makeup), one of which is a pillowtop. The Inofia was the only foam/hybrid mattress that offered a vent just below the pillowtop to allow for built-up heat to escape. Foam mattresses tend to be hot to sleep on because they trap heat, so the Inofia design appealed to me. It arrived in a timely manner, sooner than I expected, and as soon as I started to gently open the plastic encasing it, it started to hiss and expand quite rapidly. Within 2 hours tops, it was measuring 12 and a half inches (yes, a half inch bigger than they said, but I am not complaining!). There was very little weird odor to it and I was able to get it on the bed that day. I did have to add a 2" piece of foam on top, but that's not Inofia's fault - I have arthritis in my hip and needed a tiny bit more squish. Overall, this is a firm mattress, but the pillowtop does add a lovely cushion on top. I highly recommend this company!

I always feel bad for leaving bad reviews, but I guess I’d feel worse if someone spent there hard earned money on something they didn’t like. The mattress is mostly spring so the pictures are a little deceiving. The memory foam portion can’t be more than an inch or two. Ive had this mattress for 30 days now and wake up with back pain every night. I called amazon and asked to return the product and they’re sending someone to pick it up. I’ll be sleeping on the couch until then.

This mattress came in a large box that states it requires 2 people to lift, it is heavy! When removing the plastic which is sealed with a glue, the mattress will pop out and will unfold upside down, so you will need assistance to turn mattress over. The only papers attached to plastic on outside was instructions on unwrapping and states to allow mattress to rest 24-72hrs. My husband and I slept on it 12 hrs. after opening and it was comfortable and firm. There were no papers about warranty nor on return shipping instructions. If you need to return, it would cost more than cost of product because there is no way you would be able to fold mattress up, would have to be shipped fully expanded.When fully expanded, mattress is almost 12 inches high and tags attached state no floor base is required. Over all the mattress is an exceptable quality. Can not even find warranty info on products website.
