It’s a great, occasional sleeper for guests. I knew the mattress wasn’t going to be winning any awards (although it’s still fairly comfortable by itself), so I bought a Japanese futon mattress of to add to the bed set up when I have guests.

The bed set up is VERY low to the ground, so if you or your guests have any physical issues, you might find it hard to stand up from the bed set up.

The couch set up is lower to the ground than a normal couch, but it’s still great!

It was easy to install. It took me (a single person) about an hour.

For this for the occasional guest ( teenager). It's great for that or a college student. It was almost easy to assemble,but the last arm rest (all screws were predrilled which was great until the last arm rest were the screws were stuck inside wrapped around some loose padding). That arm rest is still not secure but nothing we can do about it. Probably have to 'modify' it later, but we only expect to fo!d it out 3 or 4 times a year.
