Love this set. I was hesitant to buy because ofa negative review but took a chance and glad I did. Received many compliments during a party I hosted last week all said it was comfortable and commented on quality. Much higher quality than I expected. On the downside it was a bit cumbersome putting together. Some of the screws where in hard to reach corners and internal openings. Suggest you use working thin gloves to protect knuckles. My hands got scraped badly. Once done and secured very happy with final product. I complimented with a chartreuse and navy pillows for a POP of color. Beautiful. Also complimented with TILDA outdoor floral rug and flame and shade 10’ foot umbrella. Very happy with all purchases.

The best way to review this product is to give a blow-by-blow from purchase to completion, with some advice to anyone who actually purchases the set:

Like many who purchased this sofa set, I was drawn by the price, which is considerably less than similar products. When I received the product, it came in two large boxes. I only mention this because I could not believe they could get a sofa and table set in two boxes, so actually emailed the company to make sure I was not supposed to be getting more.
I opened each box and laid out the pieces, which are labeled by letter. I also opened the package containing all the nuts/bolts/washers and put them in a bowl. A warning - I did not know the table has a glass top, which is bubble-wrapped and tied to the table top. Be careful as it is, in fact glass, and is heavy.

There are two different ways the sofa can be put together (either ways in an "L" shape - either with the lounger coming out the left side or right side. When necessary, the instructions tell you which set is for one or the other.
!!!WARNING!!! - On the front cover of the manual, there is a picture for "Style 1" and "Style 2". BUT in the actual instructions, the two are exactly the opposite. I found this out the hard way which led me to have to undo part of my work when I realized the error. When you are trying to determine which style you want, look at the pictures IN THE MANUAL and not on the cover.

One of the biggest complaints I have seen in the reviews is how difficult it is to actually tighten the screws. With the sofa set comes a set of tools (an allen wrench and a crescent wrench). Toss the crescent wrench completely and use a small socket wrench. Anyone who actually tried to put this thing together with the crescent wrench enclosed is a masochist. But with a small socket wrench, it's a completely different affair. I would also suggest a small socket screw driver which is what I used. Again, if you have a socket wrench, use it. If you don't have a small socket wrench, go to home depot and spend the $5-10 it will cost you to buy one of those sets they're always selling near the registers. And if you plan to ignore this advise completely, go buy a few 5ths of Jack and lock up the kiddies, 'cause there'll be sow seriously blue language coming.
Now the instructions, and many other reviewers, suggest not tightening any of the bolts until the unit is together. For the most part, this is a VERY good suggestion, as some of the pieces need to be jiggled around a bit to get the bolts to go through. Further, depending on which style you use, the manual will tell you how many bolts you will need, but this is not very accurate, and there will be some holes that simply do not match up. The pieces themselves are pre-holed, so it's pretty clear where the bolts will go.

It took me a few hours to put the sofa together, but that included, as noted above, having to take apart some pieces due to the error in the styles.
After putting together the sofa piece, I went about putting together the table. At that point, I realized that two of the sides to the table were missing. I contacted support via the email on the front of the manual. They sent me to a site to complete a form. I completed the form and was contacted within a matter of hours by a support associate who WAS GREAT!!! (Huge shout-out to Manuela H. at COCAM!!!). We ID'd the missing piece and she sent me an email confirming it was being FedEx's to me, with the tracking number. Within days I had the missing pieces.

I’m really impressed with this set. I was worried it was going to be cheep and small, but it looks perfect on our deck! The cushions are very comfortable and stay in place. It’s water resistant, the water doesn’t soak through the fabric, just as the pictures shows. It took a little bit to put together. But assembling it was simple. I used a real wrench because the one that came with it was useless. I love it so much I’m going to buy the matching chairs.
