As another reviewer mentioned, it's scary to think of nice furniture being shipped and like hers, my box had a little damage. But the manufacturer packages this so smart that it would be very difficult to damage the loveseat inside. In fact, the only tools you need are for opening the box and to remove the straps for leg and hardware pieces safely stored inside the sofa seat.
Not only did the packing method keep the sofa safe, once I opened the box it was much easier to move the piece to my upstairs game room for assembly. I never would have made it up the stairs with the assembled loveseat because once you slide it all together it is solid and heavy and feels very substantial. The assembly was not challenging - no tools!
Also, when I ordered I was warned that it might take awhile to get to me because of the additional size and weight of the item but it showed up within 3 days! I was impressed because this has not been a stellar year for Prime delivery.
All in all - a solid buy that I feel good about recommending.

This is the 2nd couch we've bought online and had delivered (different brand/website). With covid-19, why go anywhere?? Anyway, this one is even better than the 1st. It feels pretty sturdy considering we put it together ourselves, and it's comfy! I love the modern lines and it fits perfectly in our small game room. It's great for our needs and I like that we didn't have to pick it up or wait at home for delivery or any of that nonsense. Also, I'm 6 months pregnant and I put it together myself in about 45 minutes. So yeah.....winning all around. I probably will put a couch cover on it to protect it from our kids because it does look like the fabric could pill kind of easy if I were to scrub it. But that's just an assumption.

I would love to give 5 stars for this loveseat....but I can't! The fabric is a great neutral color, was fairly easy to assemble with two people, came quickly, love the design and it was a great price BUT I guess you get what you pay for. Upon assembling and following all the directions, the last step is to zipper the upholstery to the bottom frame. There are 3 zippers, the back zipped fine however the two front zippers broke almost immeditley! Now, I'm stuck with a sofa loveseat that is fully assembled, no way to return and with two broken zippers. Very disappointed! I'm still trying to figure out exactly how to correct this HUGE eye sore!

I was searching for almost 6 months and finally found the the one! (It's tedious work to find good sofa online)

The sofa was delivered on time and it's easy to assemble. It took us ~20 minutes.

We have used it for 1 month and there are no complains. Quality is good. It's spacious ! I can even sleep on it comfortably(height 5'8)

Easy to clean.

We mainly bought it because price was in budget. I've seen very similar sofa worth 999$ so this one was definitely good deal for me.

I recommend this sofa.

This is the perfect little loveseat for our playroom. It was creatively packed in the box to keep it protected. I was a little worried since the box got a little cut up in transit, but it was perfectly fine when we opened it up.
The seat cushions are firm, which I like and they’re deep so I can also put my feet up. The back cushions were vacuum sealed and needed a good fluffing.
Overall we really like it. Perfect for snuggling up and reading a book or sitting to watch the little humans.

Please do not buy this if you are spending over $1000. Thoroughly disappointed in the product, the fabric is so cheap and rough, the screws and the slots do not align, broken parts, the parts meant to slide in together in grooves - just wont. Not worth at all. Save your hard earned money!

Full marks to Amazon for timely delivery and addressing the issues raised - reinstates my faith as a proud longest time Amazon shopper (from milk to furniture!)

I already love this loveseat! It is such a good color. I have been looking for a dark grey like this and it’s exactly what I hoped it would be. The fabric is thick yet soft and the couch is very comfortable. It was made well. It’s a perfect size. Fairly easy to put together. Modern contemporary but still comfortable. Nothing better than it being delivered right to your door. Amazon, you’ve done it again! ❤️

Better than what I expected! Couch is very comfortable and thick. Very easy to assemble as well. The oat color is not solid, has a bit of a textured blend to it (seen in photo). Great couch overall!
