Don't understand the purpose of this add on. It did nothing for the canopy that was delivered damaged.

I took this insurance out just incase, and it said off. Had a severe wind gusts come thru and destroyed my new canopy. The only bad thing is they couldn't replace the one I purchased so they are sending me a check.

I had NO PROBLEMS getting my claim approved. No back and forth just straight business, one day and it was settled. Recommend paying the small price for coverage, it's well worth it
