The instructions were difficult to follow but I googled and found an assembly video of a similar set that helped me put it together rather easily!

It looks great, it’s sturdy and the perfect size for our patio. Great buy for your money!

I forgot to mention it was delivered in two separate boxes/deliveries which helped me. I assembled the contents of the first box then assembled the second box when it arrived the next day.

Box wasn’t damaged but the item was. The top for the ottoman was bent and there are several spots on the wicker that are already worn. We waited 10 days to receive it so we won’t be returning it but for this price I would expect the item to not be damaged out of the box.

Perhaps I would give this a higher rating if all of the set actually arrived. Only one box with not even half of the set in it! Very disappointed in this! Sending it back tomorrow!!!

We like it but the cushions are not secure, we are constantly having to put them back in place. My friend ordered the same set and hers has little ties that secure the cushions, not sure why ours didn’t come w those

Honestly, doesn’t feel like super nice, high end furniture. It feels a little cheap but you get what you pay for. It came in 3 boxes, 1 was delivered one day and the other 2 on the next one. We didn’t find it too hard to put it together and it’s not that small either, definitely what we were looking for. Would recommend for this price

There was a missing part and the company initially offered to send me a check to buy the part my self because they didn't have spare parts in stock. A couple of days later they responded and said they had spare parts now and sent it to me. Went together fairly easy and has held up through our strong Kansas winds.
