This is a very comfy loveseat. Price is great and CEVA shipping was very good. We like it a lot. However, I'm knocking off 1 star for the assembly experience.
Arrived in 1 very big box which just makes into a front door. Takes 2 to wield it. All the back pieces come unassembled with no written instructions. I had to go to Ashly online and download their 1 page assembly guide. The guide shows the click lock mechanism for the two seat backs but nothing for the midsection or upper side cushions. After finally figuring out which actual direction they meant by the left/right stickers, we secured the seat backs. That was easy as they clicked locked into place with firm downward pressure when aligned into their respective channels. The upper seat backs have a outside channels to slide the upper cushions into place. (This wasn't noted in the instructions ,which comprised our initial left/right question concerning these other cushions). The middle back cushion was a puzzle, as it was not even mentioned in the instructions. After scratching our heads about how it secures, we finally noticed to small slits hidden by the fabric in the middle seat base which contained receiver slots to the middle cushion's metal tabs. Placing them through fabric slots and feeling around, we finally got then into the metal receiver slots and locked into place. TA-DA!
Would I buy this loveseat again, certainly would! But be prepared to fidget with the assembly!. I hope this review helps you when you purchase.

The arms that slide into the center of the loveseat do not stay in place....they keep sliding off....so I think mine has a defect. Hope others don't have the same problem. And one of the arms has a small crack

The loveseat looks nice, but the support went away after two months of on and off use. Now I drown in it and it is hurting my back. Now, it became a bulky unused piece of furniture that we use when guests visit for a short time. Wasted money
