Bought it for my five year old boys. We had a bunk bed but I just like this so much more. Saves on space. It was pretty easy to put together, except the pieces are not labeled but still pretty simple to put together. With regular tightening it should last awhile for the price.

Easy to assemble. Seems sturdy enough now that's done. I was a little disappointed that the arms weren't a single piece with welded corners. Everything comes broken down and gets screwed together with the exception of the back which is a single piece with welded rails. But for the price it's fine, and the trundle rolls really smoothly.

 When my grand daughter was born, I expected her to spend a lot of time here. I didn’t realize she would basically be living with me, or how often her step sister would be here either. They both spend at least 2 nights a week here, and most weeks it’s more like 4-5. Most times it is only one or the other, but soMetimes we get both.
We are well past the point where we can get away with a crib any more, and certainly far beyond being able to camp out in play tents with sleeping bags. I needed a more permanent and comfortable solution.
This bed completely fit the bill for me.
First off, I wanted something that would give both girls a place to sleep, but didn’t want bunk beds. Nothing against bunk beds, but with a. 3 year old and a 5 year old, it felt like a bit of overkill. I wasn’t sure that they would even be safe.
Second off, I wanted something which my sister could comfortably crash in when she visits every few months. We have a room for her in the basement, but crashing in the nursery is definitely more convenient.
This nailed all of boxes for me.
Assembly was fairly straight forward, and not terribly difficult. Structurally it is very sturdy. I built it in about an hour. My only concern in that department is that I wish the casters in the trundle were a little more heavy duty. Since it will be predominantly used by a 5-6 year old for the next few years, I’m sure it will not be any issue at all.
When the girls are not using it, the trundle rolls back under the bed, and it gets dressed up as a day bed. It is absolutely darling as a day bed. I love the iron aesthetic, which goes along with the rest of the decorating in our house.
It is super comfortable to lounge on, though a lot of that has to do with the mattress on it, and the pillows. That said, it is very strong and doesn’t give me any concern sitting or laying on it as an adult.

Perfect for our space. Put together myself in about an hour. As sturdy as expected for price and material. Will last if tightened regularly and not abused. Great value and look!

The bed came very late and the tracking was completely wrong. Halfway into building it we realized that it was missing predrilled holes for screws that were very necessary. I notified the seller and they requested pic so I sent them. They said they didn't see them so i sent more , repeatedly. As well as explaining specifically what was needed. I was asked of i could just get it fixed on my own and take a small discount. I was not happy as my sons was sleeping on a mattress on the floor by then. His Christmas gift didn't get finished until February because they couldn't send me the correct bar with the correct drill holes since they didn't have any extras. I had tro find someone to measure and drill it for us as we do not have the tools to do the job. I didn't have money to buy tools and they to do it myself nor did I want to screw up and not have a bed at all. They finally offered a bigger partial refund to cover the repairs and make up for the extreme inconvenience. The seller was quick to respond and did eventually give a partial refund but the late delivery, poor tracking, defective parts, inability to send correct parts, necessity of getting repairs as well as having to take it apart to bring the other pieces so he could drill it to match up, as no one will come to your home during covid, only to finally build it a month and a half later, was insane. I would not trust their factory again. Someone needs to work on quality control and be better able to send replacement pieces when they fail.
