I would say I don't usually write a review but this time , I feel I have too.
The first I saw this product online, I immediately liked it and I said I have to have this. After seeing all the bad reviews about this product, I was little bit afraid to place order but something was telling me inside that I may have totally different experience with this product.
I listened to my inner voice and I am so happy about my product. I am not sure if I was lucky but I didn't have any issues putting them together. The clue is to make sure to respect the 50% rule while screwing.
Also the manufacturer needs to add a better wrench to facilitate the screwing but I would say I am overall satisfy with my product :)

Overall this set is beautiful and looks great in our yard. There were a few inconsistencies with the picture and what I received, but it ended up not being an issue (at least not with me). So here we go...

Appearance- One part of the chair arrived bent, but you can only see it if you’re looking for it. The color was not the same brown in the pictures. I received a dark/cocoa color- which I ended up loving more. The back pillow to the sofa is just one big pillow, not two (same with the cushions you sit on)

Assembly- have some patience, it will take awhile. Lots of screws and definitely don’t screw all the way, wait to get all the pieces fitted in place.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and I am very good with tools , manufacturing and assembly. This 4 piece set took me of and my partner a whole day to assemble them. If I knew this in advance, I would have not purchase them. The 2" cushions are just a joke and very uncomfotable to sit on. They compress to 1/2". The coffee table also took a long time adjusting the mounting screws so the galsstop can fit into the openeng. The assembly is very hard and uncomfortable even for a Mechanical Engineer who is very handy with tools and figuring things out. I do not not recomend this furniture for two reasons:
1. very hard and time consuming to assemble
2. very uncomfortable piece of furniture

Two of us were able to assemble this in about 3 hours. The wicked covered some of the side peg holes. I trimmed the wicker back with a heavy duty scissors since this area is hidden in the joints of the chairs. We used an allen wrench tipped screwdriver to do most of the assembly, then finish tightened with the provided allen wrenches. The table was wider than the glass insert. Some adjusting of the screws made it so the glass mostly sits on the suction cups but there is still more space than there should be. The problem with the table was the only one we found while assembling. The chairs and loveseat are comfortable. I was concerned the set was going to be too small. It looks right on our small patio. Larger furniture would have made the space crowded.

We received two boxes one included half the couch and half the coffee table, the other box included two fabric dining chairs we did not order (nor would I they were hideous). The solution is not to send the remaining parts for the patio furniture but to package everything, haul 30 mins away to fedex to ship back to them, and then they will send a new set?! So four weeks later I will have patio furniture!!! What is the purpose of having prime if you deal with companies that can’t package and ship correctly and timely!!!!! Not to mention the hassle of trying to repacking 8000 pieces back into the box!!!!

I have built houses that didn't take this long, I will say this take your time and make sure you only screw in about 25% so you have room to move or as I did, do your own thing! I would love to see someone put this together in 1-2 hours and have it all fit.

Ordered this set thinking it was very nice. It finally arrived and I was excited to get it put together and sit outside with a glass of wine. Well that didn’t happen because they shipped it with the bottom back pieces (D) missing for both chairs. I had to return it, it was a huge inconvenience since I already put the love seat and table together. If you have patience for getting things and not being able to use them, wasting time putting it together and then having to take it apart to send it back and wait for another one to waste more time putting it together get this one. Other then that go find one for a better price and less hassle.

I ordered it before other review came. While building, fortunately first hole was blocked with metal and screw did not go though so I did not went through all installation and inspected it first. Few other holes were blocked and 1 piece was missing when compared to assembly instruction. Packing it to send back. Totally Waste of time!!!
