The bunk bed looks exactly like the product pictures once it is put together. It arrives in 2 boxes...mine arrived 3 days apart. The boxes were completely beat up, but the bed is well-protected on the inside. There are no words on the assembly instructions, just diagrams! So take a deep breath and look at the pictures carefully. All of the parts are labelled & it comes with 2 wrenches. It will take 2 people to assemble. It took me and a friend about 3 hours. The whole bedroom was needed for space for assembly. It was fairly straight forward. An 8 inch mattress fit on top very well. My kids have not yet tested it out, but it seems quiet and sturdy. The ladder can only be positioned in the one spot. Having an extra flat head screwdriver will help with the anchors when placing screws.

Easy to assemble. I love how it turned out. My only complaint would be about the sturdiness. It's holding up so far but idk how long it will last. My husband said he's going to have to reinforce it a bit. Other than that I think it's a good bed for the price. I definitely recommend.

Package came in 2 separate boxes. We had to request the second box as it didn’t come together. The company was great and we got the second box in a timely manner once we reached out. The beds over all good, the only negative and the reason I’m giving this 3 is that there is not enough space between the bunks. We got a thin mattress and even still my 12 year old can not sit upon the bottom bunk. So he moved to the top and 3 year old on bottom. I wish they would have made this with more space at the bottom.

This bed is so nice! My kids love it. FYI it’s a full size top and bottom. The trundle is twin. I thought the entire thing was twin. But it’s okay because we ended up liking it better full. My kids said “it’s like paradise” lol!

I like the color, sturdiness and that you can separate the bunk bed into individual beds. It was not as easy to assemble, there were lot's of pieces but the instruction manual helps guide you... I recommend this bed! Great price, and looks great.

The score for product would be higher if the customer service from the company wasn’t horrible. However, The bed is very easy to put together and my kids love it. They say it is super comfy.

Kids love this bunk bed! The instructions were a little confusing since it was just pictures to look at with very little words but other than that it’s a great sturdy bunk bed! Way better than I was expecting!
