Comes in 4 boxes. Assembly wasn’t too bad. It took me a couple hours to put together myself. Some advice...don’t use the hex tool that comes with it. Use a bigger one with a more comfortable handle. It will be much easier and less hard on your hands. The couches themselves are nice and comfy. Wish they were a bit deeper. Also they should include 6 pillows total in order to be able to place 2 on each couch and one on the chair. The sets seems smaller in person than in the amazon picture. The cushions are a perfect beige and they are comfortable. The bowed backrest are a nice feature. All in all, it’s a perfect product for the price.

Update 2 yrs of use later!
The set has held up. Even through leaving it outside for one winter. My biggest complaint, the cushions are not water resistant and hold lots of water. They take a while to dry as they more resemble indoor fabric. The cushions also fade tremendously. They start off as a nice beige and end up looking extremely light linen color and now are two toned.

A great set! Comes in four boxes. May look like it all doesn’t fit, but it’s there. Size is not super small as some reviews suggest. Just check measurements photo as it is true and accurate. Cushions are not waterproof but still made of sturdy fabric. Planning to spray mine with a water proofing/UV protection spray. Takes time to put together because of number of pieces not because of difficulty. All materials provided. The container/chest piece actually has a waterproof lining that zips closed which is nice. All cushions don’t fit easily in the container but you can buy covers. I’ve sat mine on a deck and have no problem with set sitting level. If you do, make sure the black feet pieces are screwed in tight and even. All in all very happy with set and discounted price point.

As with other reviewers, this set is smaller (read that as shorter) than what looks like in the pictures of the Amazon Ad. The instructions were sufficient (but you can tell someone who doesn't speak English well wrote them, the husband and I had a good chuckle about the "gas sping"). The set, when complete is real nice. I would also take the advice of another reviewer to use a better tool (for handling while assembling) than the ones provided. The wrench needed for the storage bin unit was missing, we had to find one in our own toolbox (which we had). This set is for my new (but as yet unfinished) 3-season porch shown in my pictures. I can envision all 5'3" of myself sitting out on these in my porch on a nice day working instead of my office. So I'm quite happy. I wished the set was less expensive, but I spent quite a lot of time shopping/comparing between different sets and really wanted THIS set for the configuration and storage bin.

Overall, we are very happy with this product. It appears to be quite durable and sturdy, and it's a comfortable! There are a few drawbacks, but overall it's been a wonderful addition. The assembly was not overwhelming although with as many pieces that comes with the purchase, it takes a bit of time and effort. For a family that's not too tall, the product is wonderful. I would probably not recommend it for real tall people. It would be a long way down to your seat if your tall. The only other issue is the weaving around where the frame connectors are located. As seen in the pictures above, the weave appears to be different (loose) around where the frame connects. Again...Overall...we are happy with the product!

Once assembled, this set is good looking, nice and comfortable enough. It isn't too plush however, like some other more pricey patio sets, and the seating position is fairly low. The cushion box is not large enough to store all of the cushions.

Assembly is pure hell. You are given lots of bolts to screw on with a small tool. The holes are out of sync sometimes by 1/8" causing you to have to use a plier or wrench to hold pieces together while you attempt to get the bolt attached. The instructions are to bolt loosely at first, but even so making all of them attach is almost impossible.

I almost gave up on the project but returning the set would be worse. In the end I completed the assembly of all 5 sofa pieces over a weekend (abour 1 hour per piece).

Love the set and the ability to arrange to fit our space. I bought from 4 different all weather wicker companies, total of 16 pieces to assemble. One company provided an allen ratchet wrench. Unfortunately I open that box last. Only 4 stars b/c of the missing ratchet. It sure would have made my job easier to assemble your 8 pieces using that ratchet. My husband did rig a drill with one of the allens which is lucky b/c we are at our new lake house and don't have all of his tools. The set looks great and comfy. Love the cube b/c we are storing our covers in there; we have heavy pollen and being a vacation lake home we are not there all the time. Would recommend the set and 5 stars if it came with a ratchet. Sore hands, 68 yr grandmother.

Frame assembly is good and sturdy. Cushions are however a different story. Being only 2 inches thick you might as well be sitting on the frame itself. I would not recommend this product unless the cushions are changed to be thicker for more comfort. We purchased separately better cushions which cost us over $300.
