Box came damaged from shipping facility. Contacted Customer service and they did an Amazing job taking care of the situation as fast as hey could. They sent a new piece as soon as I told them which one was damaged. They went above and beyond to get this corrected. The bed is a very beautiful design and extremely easy to assemble. I will be using them again when by boys are ready to upgrade their beds. Thank you for the excellent customer service that this world is lacking these days.

Nice bed. Easy to assemble. I like that the headboard is at a slight angle and not at a hard 90 deg angle. This makes it that if you want to sit up and read or watch TV that you can at a comfortable recline.
The bed comes with enough slats that no box spring is needed. Mattress only is ideal.
The bed does sit low to the ground. I prefer the bed to be a bit higher and needed to order a set of taller legs.

Bed came in about 100 pieces! Didn't realize that it was also a puzzle! Instructions where faded drawings only someone with xray vision could read (SUPERMAN)! And the whole bed wasn't delivered! Still waiting on a reply to the many inquiries I sent about my frame! No response yet and its been almost a week! I would not suggest this product to anyone!

Well after waiting for sometime I got 2 separate package for my dream bed.
It was really easy to assemble and I love direction provided. Bit disappointed with 4 piece of plastic leg stand provided make it less sturdy. Other than that I love it.

I loved the look of this bed online but the reviews were so mixed so I was hesitant. I’m glad that I did buy it because I really do like the bed. It’s perfect for movie nights where you want to prop your pillows up and snuggle. BE WARNED that it is very low to the ground. For me, that doesn’t matter but some people may not like that. Overall, it is a sturdy nice bed frame!

Little complicated putting it together but once it was completed I was happy with my purchase it’s verry sturdy and and don’t feel like it’s was only 250$ awesome buy . Before you buy its very low to the ground Incase that’s a deal breaker for you !
