My Poly & Bark Essex sofa was delivered at 8 a.m. this morning. It's hard to even find words to tell you how amazing it smells in my living room. The sofa is gorgeous in every way. I'm absolutely thrilled. Thrilled with the quality, thrilled with the leather, thrilled that it has a center (5th) leg under the center of the sofa that I didn't realize it had when I bought it. IF there is a downside, it's that it took two weeks to get it, and this is with Amazon's own delivery service. I will say that this item has taken longer than any other item I've ever ordered on Amazon. That said, it was totally worth the wait.

I was worried that the leather would look cheap for the price of this couch, but it looks much more expensive than it is. It was easy to assemble (only the legs needed to be screwed on) and the delivery team who brought it was great. There were some small discoloration marks on the leather, but that is to be expected with most natural leathers.

I am absolutely in love with this couch. It is exactly what I wanted. It is 100% genuine and perfect in every way. The only issue I had was with the shipping company, which is in no way a reflection on the seller or the couch. The shipping company wasn’t able to get the item to my home bc they were delivering on a tractor/trailer rather than a box truck. That doesn’t seem smart for residential deliveries.

It actually arrived fairly quickly. However, when it arrived I noticed scratches - from a box that housed the hardware, on the sofa. I was very disappointed. I'm working with someone now to resolve the issue. Otherwise, it is absolutely beautiful and smells divine.

I think the quality was good however, sloppy packaging. The legs were not included and took about 10 days to resolve. I was quite annoyed that the seller wanted me to prove that I didn't receive the legs? Nice sofa just be on top of the situation and delivery.

It meets all the expectations in the price range. Could exceed them by adding a bit more thickness to the leather. Over all I m very happy with the purchase
