I would give 5 stars for delivery AND return pickup. However, this is the least comfortable couch I have ever sat on. It felt like a $200 piece of crap from ikea, not $800! I opened it up, assembled it, and then put it allllll back in the box to return the next day it was just that terrible. I will NEVER buy furniture that should be comfortable online EVER again after this experience. Luckily my local furniture store was doing a sale, so I got an amazing recliner couch for the same price as this piece of junk, AND I got to test it out in person (with my mask on)

For the price, it's a quality piece of furniture. No real complaints, other than the color wasn't quite what I was hoping for. Maybe it's a subjective thing (i.e. the infamous blue/black vs white/gold dress photo), but to me the "Storm Grey" one I ordered looks more like a faded denim color than the gray I was expecting.

Couch is decent and comfort and does what I needed to do and feel sturdy although I got it because the pictures showed a dark gray couch once received I realize the couch is not dark grey but instead a denim blue color with a little bit of gray in it. Instead of hassling with the return I just stuck it in a room where it won't be seen and clash with the other colors

I like this couch, but it's not for long-term sitting. What I mean by long-term sitting is sitting through a movie. After awhile it's not comfortable. It would help if the cushions would be thicker/more resilient.

We bought two of these for our den and love them! They are very comfortable and are well built. The filling is firm, which will stand up better over time, and the frame is very sturdy. It was easy to put together (just attach the legs that are zipped up on the underside of the couch). Super simple to have them delivered!

Looks nice at first, after a couple months of use the middle cushion started to sag and the back cushions dont look even. It's also developed a really annoying squeak. Im 150lbs and I live alone and I work 60-80hrs a week so the couch doesn't get much use. So it shouldn't be sagging after 4mos. Overtime I dont see this couch holding up.

Delivery was painless. On time delivery within a three hour window on a Saturday. Delivery men called ahead of time to confirm, and were kind enough to bring the couch into my living room and assemble it for me.
Assembly is easy, just screw the 5 legs on by hand.
Fairly comfortable, though I am not particularly picky in this regard
Has been a month and holding up well, no signs of wear/tear

If you like firm, this is for you. I have nothing bad to say about the couch except is does retain heat if you do live in a hot area. I've had it for 5 weeks now and it's kept the shape, softened the tiniest little bir- or I've just gotten used to it. I bought it for our RV because it comes in a smaller box that fit very easily through the small RV door. Assembly was extremely easy, and it is a very light piece. Overall, I am pleased
