We had been on the hunt for a real camel leather chair that sits low and swivels. Most swivel chairs are taller and bulky. It's hard shopping for a leather chair without seeing it in person but the price and 30 day free returns enticed us. Article, PB and WE prices are almost 40% more after delivery.

It came in already assembled in a box within a few days. There's wood on the bottom of the box to protect the swivel leg which was impressive! The leather is soft and doesn't make you feel sticky. The swivel is smooth. It's a lower chair and quite deep so it needs a lumbar pillow. The only complaint is that the arm rests are a little low but it's not enough for us to return the chair.

We hope to see more camel leather chairs from this brand. We would buy one more for the other side of this nook, ideally with wooden legs, to complete the mcm look.

The chair arrived quickly. The box looked like it had been through a tornado, but the contents were not damaged.

Pros: It is so nice to receive a piece of furniture that requires ZERO assembly. The chair has a nice modern look and the swivel is center-balanced so it always comes back to its original position. Swivel is smooth and the chair feels sturdy. The feet have clear rubber/plastic protectors to prevent scratching the floor. The color is exactly the shade of tan I was looking for - not too dark or too light. I like that the metal base is not a polished stainless or chrome - it is more matte and blends in rather than standing out.

Cons: This chair is smaller than I expected. I am 5'3" and 118lbs and it works for me, but I don't imagine it would work for someone much larger than me. It is low to the ground and the angle and height of the back make it hard to get comfortable without a pillow. The seat cushion is VERY firm, but not uncomfortable to sit on for a short period of time. I am not sure I could sit through a movie in this chair - but will figure that out soon. I question whether this chair is full-grain leather. I did ask Amazon customer service that question but have not received a response to date.

Overall: The chair is an okay value (by the time you factor in free prime shipping and no assembly required). If I was going to do it over (which I'm not) I would probably have shopped around for a sale and paid a few hundred dollars more for a chair that was a bit larger and more comfortable for TV viewing.

Updated review of replacement item
*sorry for crappy photos, but been remodeling and place is not put together so didn't want to take full pics of chair, I will update when done!

Pros:
- The product is really nice quality firm leather, beautiful mid-century chair.
- It fit perfectly for my space, which is smallish apartment, good for large bedroom kind of place (IMO, but not as central seating in a big huge place).
- Gorgeous cognac color (more of richer tinge of yellowish/dark mustardy color).
- Sits low, from floor to top of seat is ONLY 16" (1st pic), which matched my other furniture give or take about 2 inches. Some people commented they didn't like this, but I liked this chair with it's lower-mid back *I don't think someone over 5'10 'feet would enjoy this chair especially if they have longer legs...
- Depth of chair, front to back is right at 19.5 inches (2nd pic)
- 3rd pic is top down position standing over chair *which appears more smallerish in that pic than it really is

Cons:
- It doesn't give max weight capacity of a person who could use the chair, would be nice to have that kind of pre-sale info *you can tell Amazon is newish still to selling furniture because most furniture shops have this info with their product descriptions
- 1st order, the box was clearly an open box item (I could see the packaging was minimal compared to my 2nd item replacement);
- The first chair arrived with the box looking so beaten up, and all taped up like someone sent it back prior.
- There wasn't foam around the chrome stand of the 1st item I received and sent back. One of the metal legs in the base was poking out of the cardboard and you could tell it was re-wrapped (not very well).
- There was a small puncture in the leather in the front of the armrest on right side and a large noticeable deeper scratch in the back. Tsk tsk Amazon!
- Was super bummed out about the 1st experience, BUT Amazon did help me do a replacement.
- 2nd item received was packaged like it was original packaging. There was a slight scratch mark on the back but not as deep as the 1st item I received and not enough visually for the hassle of sending it back (again). *I added leather oil to bring out the richness of the leather, and so the scratch would be similar coloring as the rest of the natural creases of the cognac chair.

I think Amazon could do more due diligence around;
a) better quality control of their products (or resold with Amazon as the brand),
b) didn't like the whole trying to pass off an open box items as new (not cool),
c) ensure large products (like furniture) sold by Amazon are packaged better (especially when being hauled for long distances and when items are shuffled around a bit).

This chair is an absolutely beautiful caramel color and the leather is gorgeous!!! It is a bit firm right now, but I think it will relax over time. We have this in our living room!!! I'm in the middle of updating our living room and it isn't quite complete yet, but I will update with a pic once it is! I also have my eye on another Rivet swivel chair as I was so pleased with this one! It has been my "go to" chair to sit on in the living room since we received it! Absolutely love it!!!

We purchased a set of Adrienne living room chairs and are extremely satisfied with our decision. The chairs both look and feel great, and have a very smooth swivel. We choose the Stucco color, which blends in seamlessly with the rest of our room - a blanket or throw pillow adds a nice pop of color.

The construction is high-quality and the chairs feel solid (and are quite heavy) - very similar to something you might find at West Elm. They came fully assembled, which was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!
