Great for a first apartment, but be prepared for one or more pieces to not fit together.

Update: Seller was very quick to reach out in order to resolve any problems I had. The customer service alone is enough to be worth purchasing

Arrived safe and sound, and all four boxes came on the same day. But, assembly is an issue! First, the boxes are very heavy to get up stairs. No parts are labeled, and the brackets to hook the two main pieces together do not align at all! These brackets are misaligned top to bottom by a good 1/2 inch or more and one set is upside down so nothing intersects (two female ends face each other). We tried reversing one set, so the prong would at least go into the slot. No luck. The screw holes are in the wrong place. Re drilling could destroy the frame. Plus these brackets are not like the instruction’s photo. I think it’s a major flaw in the factory assembly. So, we will use c clamps underneath to keep the two main pieces together.
The backs were also difficult to make fit into the frame slots; we had to use a hammer on two of three of the brackets to get them to go in. Good thing my husband is very strong. A woman alone would probably have problems (and I have assembled other far more complex pieces of furniture with no problems, so it’s not that I am inept). So, I’d say assembly is not a great experience at all.

Now that the sectional is together, it’s pretty nice. The seats are a little firm, and I hope they soften up, and the back cushions which are softer, are a bit rumpled and lumpy from shipping.
On the plus side, it fits the small reading nook I intended it for perfectly. I love the storage in the arm. Wish they made the ottoman storage too, but oh well.
I would not recommend this for heavy family use, but it’s fine for one mid-sized person to relax and read on.

In my house I have a main living room/ family room on the first floor. On the second floor are all the bedrooms, and I set one up as a small tv room. This couch is perfect for a small situation like that. This couch would not work downstairs in my main living room or family room. It would be too small. The pictures they show don’t really provide good scale. It’s good for my fiancé and I to sit together and watch a little tv. Now imagine you have a dog or something. That would be the other extension part of the couch. It would also work as a kids sofa. It would not work for having a few larger adults over to watch sports or something like that.

Couch arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to bring up the very arrow doorway leading to my apartment. Customer service was also very thorough with us, helping us to track the package and addressing our questions even after assembly. Cushions are very firm which suits my wants very well

I ordered this for my living room. It came in 4 separate boxes, and seemed a little confusing to put together at first. But once we figured it out, it went together really nice! Fills the space well! The cushions are a little stiff, but I prefer that. It sits up nice and straight, and really finished off the look of my living room.

Hot couch with nothing more than a description from Amazon and a few photos I bought this couch in October the beginning of October is now Jan am not satisfied the cushions the back cushions are nothing more than a pillow wrapped in couch material and collapse under any weight the butt cushions are decent but tend to slide around in their packageconstruction for assembly isn't too bad of an issue the two wings are held together with slide clamps my problem lies on the other end of the couch the end compartment which makes up the far end of the couch has the same sliding components and are held together with one screw the legs are located on the end compartment any weight on that joint and the couch fails this is a very poor design element the leg should have been located on the couch side not the inbox I've included a photo of the joint stretching I sat on that joint one time it is just me and my daughter from time to time in this house I have to brace that seat to keep the couch from complete collapse with another companys footstool...I am frustrated I wasted the funds to have this couch which was supposed to be a luxury item at a time that I didn't have the money to spend it but I went ahead and got it and now I'm stuck with it until it finally gives up and I have money to replace it

I have a small living room and this couch fits perfectly. The order comes in 3 boxes. Luckily I was home when the fedex guy came because he only brought out two and I told him I needed one more box and he almost missed it because it was under other stuff in the truck. So if you end up missing a box that could be a reason why. It's pretty easy to set up. There may be some parts that are a little bit of work to put together, but figuring out what goes together is easy.
