I recieved this product and some of the wooden pieces were broken i received 2 S pieces instead of an s and g. Holes are missing where the ladder should be placed so I was not able to attach the ladder. There was no way i could repackage and return so we just had to make it work. Would not reccomend purchasing. Will post photo when able.

UDATE: I was never contacted by the seller nor were the missing peices replaced. I will never buy from this brand again. My son has had to climb the bottom of the bed to get into his bed. It is very unsafe and I look forward to purchasing a new one from a better quality seller

A few of the screws didn’t work right. Extras would have been nice. First time bought anything that I needed to assemble and didn’t come with extra screws

Delivered with a dent in one of the wood pieces. Box has a dent and rip that was taped up. Ended up keeping it but wish the seller would have checked for damages before shipping.
