I tried for hours to get this to work and I gave up. I am competent at assembly of households objects like chairs and other furniture, as well as smaller and more intricate things, like my desktop computer, which I ordered the parts and put together myself.

Trying to put this together was a nightmare. The screws were tiny and did not fit into the even smaller screw holes for the vertical component that holds the brushes. The screwholes from that component did not line up with the base. I literally could not put this together.

Furthermore, the directions which they send is a half sheet of paper with zero text, and the images they use to convey the directions are barely understandable. For instance, one of the direction says to insert 2 screws from the bottom twice (for a total of four screws), but the component only has 2 screwholes.

In summary literally nothing about this product makes sense when it comes to assembly. The only saving grace is that the metal feels sturdy, hence 2 stars, but the metal was slightly warped, which is why the screwholes didn't line up appropriately.

It looks just as in advisement. Just had a little problem screwing the little two crews to the base. But other wise it is perfect. Love it. All metal and black. Perfect for my wash clothes. :)

Received today and put together right away. What a nightmare to put the item together. They give you the tiniest little screws that keep dropping and slipping. Very difficult to insert without them falling through the bottom tray holes. Also the product is a little too light weight so not sure about the durability. Don’t know if I’m going to keep the item.

Found it a bit tricky to install the screw-in parts as the screws are very small & short. Finally got it together and it's on my counter. I'll post more after I use it for a while.

Does the job. Not too sturdy but it will work. Weak but it doesn't really need to hold much weight
