It's not at all Burgundy it's totally brown. I have to order a different one because it brought down the colors in my kitchen. However, It is still very soft and supporting.

I really love this mat! I stand at my stove and cook for what feels like an eternity every single day. Since buying this mat I have noticed my hips and feet hurt significantly less. It's a soft marshmallow type foam and wipes off super easy. I would reccomend this to people who suffer from tired feet and hip problems such as myself. It makes cooking less painful.

This mat makes doing dishes much better! Has great cushion! And I love the length of it so I can move and still have the comfort cushion.
