Although the coat rack looks very nice, the material is cheap and easily breaks. One of the hangers broke while I was screwing it in.

First, it was a very good looking piece, very nice finish and grain. During assembly I found that the 3rd riser (first piece with clothing pegs) was missing the threaded insert which would enable installation of the top piece. I contacted customer support who responded very quickly and promised to have a replacement piece sent immediately, although I specifically asked for the threaded insert to be provided. When the replacement piece arrived it was the 2nd riser, not the 3rd, so therefore, useless. I again contacted customer support with this information and again they responded quickly and said they would resolve the issue and have the correct piece sent. A few days later the piece arrived and, again it was the 2nd riser, not the 3rd. I, again, contacted customer support and received an auto reply on a Tuesday that they were out of office for the weekend. Not sure where they are located but pretty sure no country has a weekend on a Tuesday. Regardless, after a couple of days they responded stating they would ensure the situation was resolved this time but it may take a few days and gave me the choice of a refund. I said 3rd time is a charm, right? So, a few days later the piece arrived and it was the correct piece!! I assembled the coat rack again and then realized the whole thing tilts a few degrees to the side. Relegated it to the bedroom and called it quits. Probably one out of 100 that wouldn't pass muster and I got it. Customer service did an excellent job however, they are but a cog in the machine. Good luck.
The coat rack was easy to put together and worked well enough at first. However, it has been completely useless for about two months, as the screw at the base of the pole has worn down the inset in which it sits on the coat rack's base, meaning the screw now never fully tightens and the coat rack cannot stand up alone anymore, rendering it useless. (Please see the photo for an image of how it leans right now when fully screwed in.) My use of the rack wasn't particularly heavy or unusual,.
This was exactly what I wanted for grab-and-go coat-hanging near my back porch door. It's a great compact size (and you can make it shorter by leaving out one section if you need to), looks good (I chose the natural finish), no splinters thanks to the varnish, is sturdy and stable, AND it was extremely easy to assemble (without tools) with a very clear diagram and all the separate parts neatly in their own little bags. I'd recommend this product and seller to anyone and everyone. Very happy with my purchase. If I needed more of them, I would buy another couple without a moment's hesitation.
Well if this has had this would have been absolutely five-star except one of the two vertical pieces that does not have holes in it for the hanging pegs was rough where as all the other ones were nice smoothly finished and shiny this one was scratchy, and rough. I suspect this piece may also be the cause of why my unit does not stand vertically so it looks like it's on a crazy lean all the time. I just can't love it because of that! The edges of the clothes hanging pegs are smooth although all of the other edges of the holes that things go in and everything are a little bit sharpish -the legs included - so much so that I felt like I needed to put rubber feet on them for it to stand on my hardwood floor without damage. All in all it looks nice but it just doesn't stand vertical. I think it's still probably worth it for the price point but the flaws brought it down to three stars.

Update: Their CS team reached out to me and offered me a partial refund or parts replacement, we had eventually agreed on replacing the entire unit because I wasn't entirely sure which part was the main challenge, but then the warehouse sent me a part instead. Unfortunately it was the wrong part, so I gave up and just took the refund, but I raised it to 4 stars because their customer service really tried to help though in this case it didn't solve my issues.
I added pictures for the process of unboxing and assembling; it came with all pieces clearly labeled and undamaged, the instructions for assembly were clear and had diagrams to help, and this all made it super easy to put together. It’s a lovely color ( I got mine in Cherry) and it has that brand-new-smell, and the design is simple and not over the top. It’s just a tad bit wobbly but that wasn’t a concern once I put a couple of heavy coats on it. It has six pegs at different heights and orientations, and it does its job holding coats and things well as it should.

The assembly is just screwing parts together from the bottom up; no tools required. Because of this it could be easily taken down and moved if needed. It’s also not particularly heavy if you’d want to move it from room to room. Would recommend. Great for the product price.
You wouldn't expect much for $22 for a coat tree. However, this one does the job holding coats, and looks good!. I got it in a couple of days and was able to put it together in less than 10 minutes with no tools. There aren't any instructions with mine, but I was able to figure it out rapidly after looking at the picture on the box. If you want a basic coat tree (I got the burgundy/cherry model), I would recommend this one.
This is a great coat rack for the price. It was very easy to assemble and the product seems to be decent quality. The color was also as described.

It is a little uneven. Kind of leans a little. Because it is a tripod, if you hand too many heavy things on one side, it will fall over. You have to make sure to evenly distribute the hanging items.

Works great in place of an entry closet though. Small profile and pretty enough.
This wooden coat rack stand is very attractive, incredibly easy to assemble (it takes possibly 10 minutes maximum and all the pieces are individually well-packed and clearly numbered or lettered and the instructions very clear and simple) and it appears quite sturdy. I took the extra precaution, noting other reviewers' suggestion to make certain it was on a flat, even surface, of backing two of its three legs against the wall and floor's skirting board and it has never wavered. With the summer, it will not get much use re coats, only with sunhats and brollies (the eternal English summer!) so I can't get gauge if it will stand up to constant usage but it does appear stable and sturdy as well as fitting in very well with our furniture. Very pleased indeed with it.
I actually bought this to turn into a stand for a DIY dressform for sewing, and it's brilliant! The "teen" height is exactly the right height I needed to make the dressform the same height as me! It was really easy to assemble and feels really sturdy and good quality. The wood is a lovely colour and feel and I really like the asthetics of the design (as a coat stand as well as as a dressform stand!). I also liked how this modular assembly made the box surprisingly small and well packaged, compared with some other coat stands. I found the instructions clear to follow, although the construction is very self-explanatory and easy to figure out without them. Really good coat stand, especially for the price!
This coat stand is easy to put together. Some of the finish is rough around the edges, but it is not noticeable once it is assembled and in use.

I use it as clothes rack in my bedroom and it stays up fine. If you were to use this as your main coat-rack with lots of heavy coats, I think it might become unstable. You'd be better off opting something with a heavier, more solid base.

One little complaint is that the 2 sections with the hooks line up once they are screwed together. It would be better if they were slightly offset so that hanging items didn't get in the way of each other so much. You can achieve this by unscrewing it slightly, but then it's not fully tightened.
Really pleased with this coat rack. We dread self-assembly items, but the instructions were so clear and the component parts labelled with numbers, so it was straightforward and easy to assemble the whole piece. Done in five minutes, honestly. Nice finish to the wood and the rack looks great. Really pleased with this product and its excellent value for the money.
I am really thrilled with this and so thrilled I am thinking of buying another one or two for my guest bedrooms.

Easy to put together and look great with my hats on. Good quality and look a lot more expensive than they actually are.
